Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Hotels Respond with Team Rates
Hotels that can accommodate your team review your request and respond with group rate offers. Each response includes:
- Room rate per night for your team
- Available room types and quantities
- Terms (cancellation policy, deposit, cutoff dates)
- Team-specific amenities (bus parking, meeting space, early breakfast)
Step 3: Compare Offers
View all responses on your dashboard. Compare rates, amenities, proximity to your venue, and terms to find the best fit for your team.
Step 4: Book Directly
Once you choose the best offer, you book directly with the hotel. bookMyTeam facilitates the connection but does not process the booking — you get a direct relationship with the hotel.
