Instead of calling hotels one by one, bookMyTeam lets you submit one RFP that goes to multiple team-friendly hotels simultaneously.

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Provide your team's travel details: destination, dates, number of rooms, room types, and any special requirements.

Step 2: Hotels Respond with Team Rates

Hotels that can accommodate your team review your request and respond with group rate offers. Each response includes:

  • Room rate per night for your team
  • Available room types and quantities
  • Terms (cancellation policy, deposit, cutoff dates)
  • Team-specific amenities (bus parking, meeting space, early breakfast)

Step 3: Compare Offers

View all responses on your dashboard. Compare rates, amenities, proximity to your venue, and terms to find the best fit for your team.

Step 4: Book Directly

Once you choose the best offer, you book directly with the hotel. bookMyTeam facilitates the connection but does not process the booking — you get a direct relationship with the hotel.
