The bureau states that thousands of guest rooms sit within a five- to 10-minute walk of the convention center.

Ten acres of greenspace sit beside it. The venue sits 12 miles and 25 minutes from Miami International Airport.
A Grand Hyatt Miami Beach is under development next to the venue with 800 rooms and 52 suites, connected by a climate-controlled skybridge.
