A Saturday That Fits One Coach and One Agenda
Broadway at the Beach sits at 1325 Celebrity Circle in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on US Highway 17 between 21st and 29th Avenue North. Admission to the complex is free, and only the attractions charge.
Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026 is the date. Retail hours that day run 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Restaurant, attraction and nightlife hours run on each operator's own clock.
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Boo Bash at Dave & Buster's
Dave & Buster's runs Boo Bash from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The banquet covers pancakes and toppings, scrambled eggs and breakfast favorites. The program adds a costume contest, a scavenger hunt, coloring and Monster Mash music. The Boo Bash Combo includes a $10 Power Card with three hours of unlimited play on blue games.
The same three hours hold The Patch at Broadway, the venue's fall activity area, on the last day of its run. That Halloween session carries The Cloak and Wand and Alice's Haunted Little Bookshop, with stilts, characters and treats. A group travelling with children can split between the two areas and re-form at 2 p.m.
2 to 4:30 p.m.: Two Escape Operators
The Escape Game holds a room at 1138 Celebrity Circle. Its games run 60 minutes and take up to eight players. At eight to a room, a 30-person team needs four rooms booked for the same slot.
Backstage Escape Games sits on the same property and prices from $39.95 a person. Its game list runs The Haunting of Hyde House, The Legend of Atlantis, Curse of the Kraken's Eye, Masters of Magic and Moonshine Hill Hootenanny, with a Krampus game running through the winter. A party that leaves seats open can be paired with other guests, so book the full room to keep the team together. Backstage takes bookings on (843) 712-1237 and lists corporate outings among its group business.
4:30 to 6:30 p.m.: Trick or Treat
Trick or Treat at Broadway runs on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Costumed children collect candy at participating shops, restaurants and attractions. The venue publishes no fee for the event. The two-hour window clears before the evening programs start and fits between the escape rooms and dinner.
7 p.m. Onward: One Room or Two
Dave & Buster's runs the Moonlight Mixer from 7 to 10 p.m. The adults-only banquet carries pepperoni flatbread, smashed burger sliders, garlic butter pretzel sticks, crispy chicken bites, french fries and seasonal fruit. Guests get three hours of unlimited game play, and drink tickets can be added at up to two per person from domestic beer, house wine or call spirits. The mixer keeps the costume contest and the Monster Mash music.
Charles Bach's Wicked Wonders takes the Wonders Theatre at 7 p.m. for 85 minutes, and the listing window closes at 9 p.m. The operator recommends the show for ages 13 and up, and children under 13 enter at their parents' discretion. Tickets go through WondersTickets.com/Halloween, and the box office answers on (843) 286-5003.
The mixer and the show open on the same minute. A group that wants both has to split, and the two halves meet again at 10 p.m. Live music fills the same hours at two venues. Mr. Nigel and Friends play The Hangout from 5 to 9 p.m., and Matt Parker and The Deacons play Ole Smoky Distillery and Yee-Haw Brewing from 6 to 9 p.m.
Transport, Food and the Pre-Registration
Parking is free, and the property carries motorcoach parking. Eight restroom locations serve the complex. Guest Services rents wheelchairs, scooters and strollers. More than 20 restaurants and lite-bite eateries operate on site, which takes the catering question off the approval memo.
Groups pre-register by email to batb@bccompany.com before arrival. The venue asks for the group or company name, number of buses, number of guests, date, estimated time of arrival, motorcoach provider, and the tour operator or group leader contact details, plus any questions. The group line is (843) 444-3200.
The complex publishes no public wi-fi and no lockers, so a team that arrives with bags keeps them on the coach. Pets are allowed for guests who need assistance.
The Room Side
Three hotels appear on the venue's own accommodation list. Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach at Broadway holds 141 rooms on site and answers on (843) 916-0600. Fairfield Inn by Marriott holds 111 rooms across the street near Legends in Concert, on (843) 444-8097. Holiday Inn Express holds 114 rooms on (843) 916-4993. The venue's page carries no rate for any of the three.
Room rates come from a request. The bookmyteam.org RFP desk puts the dates and the head count in front of the properties in one pass. The group rate calculator gives the planner a working nightly figure before the request goes out.
What to Put in the Request
The venue publishes no ticket price for Boo Bash or the Moonlight Mixer. Ask Dave & Buster's for the per-person cost of each, the minimum head count and the deposit terms. Ask The Escape Game how many rooms the property can hold at one time. Ask Backstage for the private-room rate. Ask each hotel for the block size, the cut-off date and the parking charge. Broadway's group desk books the arrival, and each operator books its own program.
