A January anchor with a published price list
The Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville runs Jan. 8 to 10, 2027, at Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S. Thursday, Jan. 7 carries the invitation-only preview. This is the 37th edition, themed Timeless: Living a Collected Life, and it publishes its sponsorship ladder on the open web.
Seven levels, seven prices. A corporate team can price the seats and the visibility before the first call.
The ladder
Presenting $100,000. Curating $50,000. Legacy $25,000. Collector $15,000. Partner $10,000. Supporting $5,000. Contributing $2,500.
Every level carries a listing in the show catalogue, jumbo-screen brand promotion before each lecture, sponsor signage on the show floor, and logo recognition with a website link on the show sponsor page. The organiser's own line adds further benefits by level, and the flyer linked from that page carries the full benefit table.
What a sponsor holds in hand
Contributing at $2,500 carries 8 general admission tickets, 8 Cheekwood guest passes, 2 Preview Party tickets, 2 Keynote Lecture seats and 2 seats at each of the three daytime lectures. Supporting at $5,000 holds the same eight general admission tickets and eight guest passes, with 4 Preview Party tickets and 4 Bourbon Party tickets.
Partner at $10,000 carries 16 general admission, 16 Cheekwood passes, 2 Preview Party, 4 Bourbon Party, 4 seats at each lecture, 4 First Look places and 6 Benefactor's Reception places. Collector at $15,000 holds 16 general admission, 10 at the Benefactor's Reception and 4 at the First Look.
Legacy at $25,000 carries 30 general admission and 20 Cheekwood passes. Curating at $50,000 and Presenting at $100,000 both carry 40 general admission, 30 Cheekwood passes, 12 First Look places, 12 at the Benefactor's Reception, 10 Preview Party tickets and 20 seats at every lecture.
The cost per seat
Divide the price by the general admission count and the ladder reads plainly. Contributing is $312.50 a seat. Supporting is $625. Partner is $625. Collector is $937.50. Legacy is $833.33. Curating is $1,250. Presenting is $2,500.
The per-seat figure climbs with the level. The higher levels sell recognition, catalogue advertising and the First Look and Benefactor's Reception places. A team buying seats for staff and clients can compare $312.50 a seat at Contributing with $2,500 a seat at Presenting from the same table.
The marketing side
Catalogue advertising placement follows the level. Presenting through Collector take a premier full-colour ad. Partner takes a premier half page. Supporting and Contributing take a 50 percent discount on a catalogue ad.
On-site presence in the Lecture Lobby, the skybox suite with complimentary refreshments and ECON Club membership appear on the organiser's benefit sheet. Special live sponsorship acknowledgement at all events is marked for Presenting, Curating and Legacy.
The four days on the floor
Thursday, Jan. 7 opens with a First Look from 12 to 3 p.m. that is invitation only, then a Benefactor's Reception from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and a Preview Party on the show floor from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 8 runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the keynote lecture by Cordelia de Castellane in the Davidson Ballroom from 11 a.m. to noon, a design panel from 2 to 3 p.m., and a Bourbon Party on the floor from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9 runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a floral demonstration at 11 a.m., a lifestyle conversation at 2 p.m. and music in the gardens from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10 runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The room footprint
Thursday, Jan. 7 arrival through Sunday, Jan. 10 departure is three nights: the 7th, the 8th and the 9th. A 12-person delegation in six rooms is 18 room nights. Eight rooms over the same three nights is 24. Twenty rooms is 60.
Sunday's 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. hours sit past a Sunday checkout. A team that wants them adds the Sunday night or asks the property for a late checkout when the block is quoted. A delegation that wants the Thursday preview adds the Jan. 6 night.
bookMyTeam publishes the threshold that governs the request: most hotels offer group rates at 10 or more rooms per night, and some discount from five rooms depending on season and availability. Six rooms falls under the 10-room band and inside the five-room floor some properties offer. One free request reaches 50 or more hotels, responses land in 24 to 72 hours, and the group pays the hotel directly with no markup added.
The questions to put in the request
Ask the organiser whether the chosen level is still open and what the payment deadline is. Ask how the tickets are issued and whether unused seats transfer to another staff member. Ask for the Benefactor Package terms if the team wants the Thursday access. Sponsorship enquiries run through amy@antiquesandgardenshow.com, and the show line is 615-352-1282.
Ask the hotel for the walk to 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S., the rate with taxes shown separately, attrition and cancellation terms, and coach parking. The show publishes no room rate for this weekend, so the number comes from the bid set.
Where the money goes
Show proceeds benefit Cheekwood and ECON Charities. The beneficiaries include Light A Spark and Raising Resilience. The organiser reports more than $12 million raised. Name the beneficiary on the budget line.
Run the numbers through the group rate calculator, submit the room request on the RFP form, and check the city list at the Nashville directory before fixing a distance to Music City Center.
