A Weeknight Seat Runs Seven Dollars Less
The ticket calendar prints a starting price for each performance. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights from November 30 to December 16, 2026, it reads $44. Open December 1 and the tiers are $44.39 Limited, $59.39 Standard and $78.39 Premium.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday dates in the same run print $51 as their starting price. Ten Limited seats on December 1 cost $443.90, and the same ten seats on a $51 date start at $510.
The show runs in the Tennessee Ballroom Theater inside Gaylord Opryland, 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37214. The resort switchboard is (615) 889-1000.
Nine Dates Carry That Price
The window holds nine dates: November 30, December 1, December 2, December 7, December 8, December 9, December 14, December 15 and December 16.
The calendar carries no performance on December 3, 10, 17, 24 or 29. Thursday has no show across the run except December 31, and a team that plans its outing around a Thursday night gets nothing that night.
The cirque run opens November 24 and closes December 31, 2026. It sits inside A Country Christmas, which runs November 6, 2026 to January 2, 2027.
Sixty-Five Minutes and No Intermission
The show runs 65 minutes. The ticketing page states no intermission. Twenty-six international performers carry the programme of acrobatics, magic and song, drawn from the book and television special of the same name.
Children 3 and under enter free with a paid adult admission while seated on a lap. A seat for that child requires a purchased ticket.
The 7:30 p.m. curtain sets the dinner window, so book the meal after the performance or hold a room for a reception before it.
One add-on sits beside the ticket. The Gold Activity Pass bundles ice! featuring "Home Alone," ice tubing, a scavenger hunt, gingerbread decorating, ice skating and hot chocolate. The show page states that cirque tickets may need to be purchased separately, so read the bundle contents before you price it as one purchase.
Groups of Ten Use the Inquiry Form
The resort routes groups of 10 or more to a request form at updates.gaylordhotels.com/OprylandGroupChristmasTickets. The form asks for company or group name, group size, purpose of visit, activity of interest, two date preferences and two time preferences picked from 30-minute slots between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Corporate Outing is one of the purpose options. The activity list names POMP, SNOW & CIRQUEumstance with its November 24 to December 31 window.
The form prints no rate. Its terms read: "Group ticket purchases are available at discounted rates on select dates. Blackout dates apply; subject to change." Ask for the per-seat price across the nine dates above, and ask for the blackout list in the reply.
Four Numbers for the Budget
Parking costs $37 daily for self-parking and $55 daily for valet, tax additional. Day guests pay per entry, so a car that leaves and returns pays twice. In-and-out privileges apply to overnight guests only.
The resort runs cashless throughout. The FAQ answer on payment reads: "We accept credit cards and mobile payments," at the front desk, food and beverage, retail, special events and parking. A team that arrives with cash has no way to pay at the gate.
Two routes cut the parking line. One is a carpool plan built on one vehicle per four or five attendees. The other is a room block, which turns a day visit into an overnight stay and unlocks in-and-out parking.
Day-guest tickets carry no refund. The FAQ lets overnight guests change or cancel at no charge up to five days before arrival, and one answer on the same page says 72 hours. Get the figure in writing before the team commits.
Resort Access Opens Before These Curtains
On Fridays and Saturdays from November 20, daily November 23-26 and December 18-31, 2026, resort access after 3:00 p.m. CT goes only to overnight guests and to holders of indoor or outdoor ticket reservations. The FAQ lists November 29 to December 3, December 6 to 10 and December 13 to 17 as open dates, and those cover every weeknight in this window.
A group ticket in hand satisfies the rule on any date.
The Ask List for the Christmas Group Desk
Seat price. Per-seat cost for 10, 25 and 50 guests on the nine weeknight dates, with the Limited, Standard and Premium tiers quoted separately.
Blackout dates. The published list, in writing, against the nine dates.
Payment. Whether one invoice covers the whole group, and the deposit date.
Parking. Whether self-parking can go onto the group invoice at $37 a car, and whether a coach pays the same entry fee.
Dining. A table-service booking for the group on the same night. Table-service reservations are exclusive to overnight guests during the holidays, so put the meal inside the package.
Rooms. A group rate for the block, since every published room offer excludes groups of 10 or more rooms. Send that request through bookMyTeam's request form and price the block with the group rate calculator.
