Three days and three windows

Christmas Village runs November 13 to 15, 2026 at The Fairgrounds Nashville, 500 Wedgewood Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. General admission opens Friday, November 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, November 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 15 from noon to 6:00 p.m.

Friday carries twelve hours on the floor. Saturday carries nine and closes before dark. Sunday carries six and opens at noon.

Sneak-A-Peek runs Thursday, November 12 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and needs an invitation. The request window closed September 15, and the site sends anyone who missed it to check back after November 1 for ticket purchase.

The $12 rate starts at ten tickets

The organiser prints one group threshold. Tickets cost $12 each at 10 or more. A standard ticket costs $15 online. Children 9 and under enter free. A return ticket costs $10 at the Village Information Booth and must be bought before the visitor leaves on the first day.

Two start dates sit on the page for the standard rate. The ticket bullet dates the $15 online price from August 1, and a FAQ answer dates it from October 1 with $12 advance tickets at select TRUIST locations from October 5. Confirm the live rate when the order goes in.

Payment splits by counter. A FAQ answer reads that cash is not accepted for general admission tickets at the door or for return tickets at the booth, and that merchants accept cash and cards. The ticket bullet calls the return ticket cash only. Send the team in with a card and settle the return tickets at the booth in person.

255 booths across three buildings

The 2026 merchant list carries 255 booths across three buildings. Building C holds 123, Building A holds 79 and Building B holds 53. The list carries 21 category labels, and Christmas decor appears under two spellings.

Women's clothing and accessories is the largest category at 34 booths. Food follows at 27, children's clothing and gifts at 26, jewelry at 22, holiday gifts and home decor at 19 each, men's gifts at 15, health and bath at 14 and artwork at 13. The remaining labels cover toys, personalized gifts, pet gifts, outdoor gifts, unisex clothing and religious gifts. Sixty-eight booths carry 2026 as their entry year, and one booth named SANTA lists 1961.

Booths come from 25 states. Tennessee supplies 118, Alabama 29, Georgia 23, Kentucky 16 and Mississippi 11. One entry lists North Pole as its city with no state. The organiser's home page reads over 250 merchants.

Building C holds the largest share of the floor at 123 booths. A full walk of 255 booths takes most of a day.

Parking is free this year

Christmas Village underwrites the Fairgrounds parking charge for 2026. The home page and the parking answer both state that parking is free for all attendees. A second FAQ answer on cash still prints a $10 cash-only Fairgrounds fee. Settle the question with the office at 615-256-2726 before a budget line goes to finance.

Two entrances open this year, and the organiser points drivers at the Craighead Street entrance from Nolensville Pike, Bransford Avenue or I-440. Accessible parking sits in Lot 11 and the Show Arena, with a drop-off in front of the expo building entrance from Wedgewood Avenue. The rideshare drop-off sits at Wedgewood Avenue and Rains Avenue. The site prints no motorcoach rate and no coach staging plan.

House rules that shape a team plan

Service animals only, and no pets. No strollers, carts or wagons. The organiser rents no wheelchairs and reports ADA access through the buildings. Photos with Santa follow the door clock, and guests bring a camera. The Santa booth opens at 4:00 p.m. on Sneak-A-Peek night, 9:00 a.m. Friday, 9:00 a.m. Saturday and noon Sunday.

Saturday holds a weekend crowd in nine hours. Friday spreads the same traffic across twelve. A team that wants room at the booths takes Friday morning.

Where the money goes

The Nashville Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club created the event in 1961, and it has run at the Fairgrounds since 1968. More than 200 volunteers staff it. The 2025 event donated $770,000 and brought cumulative giving past $16 million. Proceeds support the Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center Department of Hearing and Speech Science, its Pi Beta Phi Rehabilitation Institute and the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg.

A patron donation is tax deductible at the donation amount less the value of the tickets at $35 each, t-shirts at $20 each and shopping bags at $3 each, per the FAQ. A company that books the outing as a charitable contribution reads that line before claiming the whole invoice.

The room side of the trip

Nashville hotel rates sit outside anything this event publishes. Run the block through bookMyTeam's request form, and the request reaches 50 or more hotels in the destination on one submission. bookMyTeam prints 15-40% off rack rates for blocks of 10 or more rooms. The group rate calculator prices a block from the planner's dates and room count. Nashville's team hotel directory lists properties by area when the team splits across two hotels.

Five questions for the organiser

Which window the $12 rate covers, and whether Saturday's early close changes the group price. Whether one 10-ticket order can split across two days. Whether the group rate includes the return ticket or whether the $10 stands on top. Whether the office holds tickets for a company that pays by purchase order. What coach parking and staging cost, since the site prints no coach rate.
