The group desk quotes bands, not prices
Texas Motor Speedway sells corporate outings through a group desk. The Business page lists packages for corporate groups of 10+ to 100+, team-building activities, customized programming and VIP treatment on race days. It states the saving as "up to 25% on regular admission prices".
The request form carries four size bands: 10-24, 25-49, 50-99 and 100+. Fifty guests land in the third band. The area-of-interest select offers NASCAR, SuperMotocross and Other. The page sends any party larger than 20 to the Business Inquiries form, and the comment box caps at 500 characters.

The festival date has closed
Sick New World Texas ran on Saturday 24 October 2026 at 3545 Lone Star Circle, Fort Worth. The speedway described it as a one-day heavy music festival across multiple stages. The festival's own site now reads "Thank you, Texas" on the home page and on the ticket page. The ticket page sells nothing.
One sentence from that sale decides a corporate budget. On 2 October the ticket page carried "Group ticket purchases do not include discounts" beside a group contact for parties of nine or more. General admission started at $349 that day.
The 25 percent on the speedway group page covers the speedway's own race products. A request for a festival date carries no published discount.
What 50 guests fits into on site
The hospitality page publishes three private suite sizes: 20, 32 and 64 guests. A 50-person party takes the 64 suite or splits across two spaces. The suite list carries a climate-controlled room with track views, catering through Levy Restaurants, a full-service bar for guests 21 and older with valid ID, a track pass for each NASCAR Cup Series race day, preferred parking and private restrooms. The Victory Lane Club holds up to 12 guests.
Gates, lots and the coach
General parking is free. The south lots use Gates 4-7 from Highway 114 at Jarrett Drive. The north lots use Gates 2-4 from the Earnhardt Boulevard exit off I-35W. Paid lots are Preferred at Gates 2-4 and Gates 4-7, the Express Lot, the Crystal Lot and Pit Stop Park. The directions page prints a route for each and a rate for none. It names no bus gate.
Track Facts puts 300 paved bus spaces on the property inside 660 acres. The same table breaks the acreage into 131 acres of asphalt with 20,000 spaces, 464 acres of gravel with 52,600 spaces and 65 acres of grass with 7,400 spaces. Accessible parking sits outside Gates 2-6 on the frontstretch and outside Gates 9 and 10 on the backstretch. Fifty guests in one coach need one gate assignment in writing.
Two policies that carry the risk
The Speedway Motorsports Weather Guarantee covers NASCAR races postponed and rescheduled for weather. Relief arrives as a ticket credit toward a future NASCAR race. The credit expires within 60 days of the original date or at the end of the calendar year, whichever comes first. The policy adds one line for this buyer: "Restrictions also apply to corporate block tickets."
The track policies page opens with its own limit: "These policies are specific to NASCAR at Texas Motor Speedway events." It allows two bags per person up to 18 by 18 by 14 inches and soft-sided coolers up to 14 by 14 by 14, under a NASCAR-only heading.
Seven properties with addresses and phones
The lodging page names seven preferred properties, each with an address and a reservations line. None of the seven publishes a rate, a block size, a cut-off date, a group code, a deposit or an attrition clause.

2. The regular admission price that any percentage applies to.
3. One gate and one entry point for the coach.
4. Bag and cooler rules for a non-NASCAR date.
5. Weather terms for a non-NASCAR date, with the credit window stated.
6. Preferred parking count and the rate per pass.
7. Suite availability and the headcount the room holds.
8. Catering minimums and the bar arrangement for guests under 21.
9. Whether the block holds without a deposit.
10. The cancellation ladder per room and the name-transfer rule.
Where the room request goes
