Two games on one ticket, Sunday December 13
Ariat Arena hosts the 2026 USLBM Coast to Coast Challenge presented by Visit Fort Worth on Sunday, December 13, 2026. Texas Tech plays USC in the first game. North Texas plays Texas State in the second. One ticket admits the holder to both.
Total Sports Consulting runs the event. Ariat Arena lists doors as TBD and the start time as TBD. The arena's page states that game times, television coverage, premium experiences, parking and event-day activities will be announced in the coming weeks.
That open clock sets the shape of the trip. A group books the ticket, the coach and the room before it knows when the first ball goes up.
What the group desk sells
The group desk takes parties of nine or more for discounted seats. The arena's group page lists the USLBM Coast to Coast Challenge among its offers and publishes Group Experience Packages with a private room, catering options and parking.

What the client is watching
Texas Tech returns to Ariat Arena for the fourth straight season and the fifth time overall. The Red Raiders beat LSU in this event last season and stand 2-2 in the building. Grant McCasland has coached them to 74-31 across three seasons and three straight NCAA Tournament trips, and JT Toppin returns with consensus All-America honours from each of the past two seasons.
USC arrives in its third season under Eric Musselman after an 18-14 campaign, with a recruiting class ESPN ranks seventh nationally. North Texas head coach Daniyal Robinson took the Mean Green to 19 wins in his first season, the third-most by a first-year coach in program history.
Courtside and the private room
The event release names premium courtside seating and hospitality experiences as available. Ask the group desk which of those carry a seat count.
Ariat Arena holds two plaza-level meeting rooms of 1,680 square feet each, on the northeast and southeast sides of the building, flanking Simmons Bank Plaza. Both carry built-in sound, an 80-inch television monitor and Wi-Fi. The arena publishes no capacity figure for either room. Ask for the layout drawn to the headcount.
Getting twenty people to 1911 Montgomery St
Ariat Arena sits at 1911 Montgomery St., adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus. Yellow Lots serve every arena event. The Chevrolet Garage holds 2,200 spaces at 3464 Trail Drive, reached from Montgomery Street.
Lots open three and a half hours before show start. Guests pay cash or card at the lot. General prepaid parking sells on the Yellow Lots or in the garage. Preferred and reserved parking sits in the garage, entered from Harley Street and Secretariat Drive. ADA overflow runs through Gate 49.
Rideshare drops at the west entrance, in the drop-off lane at Secretariat Drive. Pickup runs on Harley Avenue at the north end of the building, and guests should exit north and reach street level before they call a driver.
Visit Fort Worth routes Cultural District coach parking through Will Rogers Memorial Center and Standard Parking Company at 817.392.2000. Ask the arena group desk whether a coach stages on site for this event, and ask where it loads after the second game.
A schedule that holds without a start time
Two games in one building produce one long block with an interval between them. Doors and the first-game time stay open, so build the day on the one clock the arena publishes: lots open three and a half hours before show start.
Run the coach from the hotel to the garage entrance four hours before the announced start. That puts the group inside the building before doors open. Hold the interval between games for food, since no concession plan is published for this event.
The building empties all at once after the second game. Set the pickup on Harley Avenue at a fixed clock, and give the group a twenty-minute window on either side of it.
The room side
A Sunday game fits a Saturday arrival. A group that flies in Friday adds a Fort Worth evening before the doubleheader.

What to confirm before signing
Five items stay open on the arena page: the doors time, the first-game time, the television windows, the premium-seat location and the coach staging point. A television window can move a tip time after the room block is signed.
Put every question to the group desk in the same message as the seat request. Send one rate request to the properties that answer, and hold the seat count beside the room count.
