The Washington Ballet opens The Nutcracker on Saturday 28 November 2026 and closes the run on Sunday 27 December at the Warner Theatre, 513 13th Street NW. The company lists the running time at approximately two hours. A 7 p.m. curtain puts the team back on the street at 9.
Thirty-four performances fill the five weeks. The request form carries a bookable option for each of them, and the calendar on the same page lists the same dates and clocks.
The evenings that fit a meeting day
Weeknight curtains at 7 p.m. fall on Tuesday 1 and 15 December, Wednesday 2, 9 and 16 December, Thursday 3, 10 and 17 December, and Friday 4, 11 and 18 December. Each of those ends near 9 p.m.
One date needs a check. The form lists Tuesday 22 December at 6 p.m. The calendar on the same page lists that performance at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday 23 December starts at 6 p.m. on both.
Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December, carries two performances, at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Christmas Day carries none.
Saturday matinees run at 2 p.m. on 5, 12, 19 and 26 December, each with a 7 p.m. evening show. Opening night, Saturday 28 November, is a single 7 p.m. performance. Sundays run at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. on 29 November and on 6, 13, 20 and 27 December.
An evening in the first half of December keeps the show inside a standard offsite day. The 6 p.m. performances in the week of 21 December end earlier and sit against holiday travel.
What ten seats buys
The group rate starts at 10 tickets. The company lists three benefits: a personal group sales liaison, no venue single sale fees, and free exchanges with flexibility on the ticket amount.
The exchange term carries the most weight for an organiser. A headcount that moves two weeks out leaves a fixed block holding seats nobody will use, and the exchange lets the seats be re-cut.
Discounts step in bands. Parties of 10 to 15 receive 10 percent, parties of 15 to 20 receive 15 percent, and parties of 20 receive 20 percent. A party of exactly 15 sits in two bands, and so does a party of exactly 20. Enter the exact count and ask the liaison which percentage applies.
The form prints per-seat prices before the discount. A Level 5 seat runs $49 on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday evening, $51 on a Thursday or Saturday evening, and $61 on a Friday evening or a Saturday matinee. A Level 1 seat runs $159 to $180 across the same day types.
Placing the order
The form asks for performance dates, a ticket count of 10 or more, a preferred price range, a payment method and preferred seat locations. It lists six sections: Orchestra Center, Right and Left, and Balcony Center, Right and Left. Seats can be split across sections to fit the whole party.
Reserving seats takes a 15 percent non-refundable deposit. All payments fall due two weeks before the performance. The form offers a full balance or an instalment schedule, a secure payment link or a phone call, and call windows of 10 a.m. to noon, noon to 2 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m.
Will Call at 15 tickets
Orders of 15 or more tickets, and orders that span more than one date, collect every ticket at Will Call. The company states that its tickets are not authorized for resale.
Name one person to collect the order and have that person reach the box office ahead of the party. The company publishes no Will Call opening time. Confirm it with the liaison.
The rooms that go with the seats
Tickets run one line of a team night, and the rooms run the larger one. bookMyTeam takes the destination, the dates, room counts by type and any special requirements in one request at /rfp/submit. Hotels in the destination return group rates and terms. The network covers 103,857 hotels across 46 states, each request reaches 50 or more hotels per destination, submitting is free, and hotels answer in 24 to 72 hours.
Three questions for the liaison
The company publishes no cut-off date for a group request, no pre-show reception or dining package, and no Will Call opening time. Put all three in the first call, because the deposit is non-refundable once it is paid.
