Broadway at the Beach publishes a start time, a finish time and a fireworks window for its 2026 tree lighting. That gives a planner one page for the coach company and one fixed end to the evening.

The published run of show

The Tree Lighting Celebration runs Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 1325 Celebrity Circle, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The property sits on US 17 between 21st and 29th Avenue North, about 1.5 miles west of the Atlantic.

The show opens at 6 p.m. on The Hangout stage in The Hangout Courtyard. WPDE's Ed Piotrowski and Jennifer Abney host. The Hangout Dynamics team runs preshow activity ahead of them. The programme carries live performances and an appearance by Santa Claus. It closes with the lighting of a 46-foot tree behind the Hangout stage, across the lake. Fireworks over Lake Broadway start at 8 p.m. The venue marks every fireworks show as weather permitting.

The clock for the logistics memo

Six o'clock start. Eight o'clock fireworks. The calendar record ends the celebration at 8 p.m. and opens the fireworks at the same minute. The group walks from the courtyard to the lakeside with no gap.

Retail hours on Saturday, November 14 run 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. That is the November 1 to November 25 row on the property's hours page. Set the coach call for 9:15 p.m., after the retail close.

The hours page carries two caveats. Restaurants, attractions and nightlife set their own operating hours. Broadway at the Beach management can change the property hours at its discretion. Both cost nothing to check in the week of the event.

Admission and on-site costs

The property's FAQ answers the cost question in one sentence. Admission to Broadway at the Beach is free, and only the attractions carry individual fees. The tree lighting and the fireworks carry no published ticket price on the venue calendar. Dinner, attraction tickets and any reserved space are separate purchases.

Coaches, cars and the group desk

The groups page lists free parking and motorcoach parking among the on-site services. The same list names eight restroom locations, wheelchair and scooter rentals, stroller rentals, ATMs, a guest services centre and over 20 restaurants and lite-bite eateries.

Group pre-registration runs by email. The venue asks for the company name, the number of buses, the number of guests, the date and estimated arrival time, the motorcoach provider, and the group leader's contact details. The group line is (843) 444-3200.

The FAQ states that the property offers no public wifi and no lockers. A team that lands in the early afternoon keeps its luggage on the coach or at the hotel.

Dinner inside the same footprint

Over 20 restaurants and lite-bite eateries sit on the property. A group of 30 books one table for the evening and walks to the lake for the 8 p.m. fireworks. The coach stays parked for the whole evening.

An earlier block on the same Saturday

Mr. Nigel's Holiday Dance Party runs 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in The Hangout Courtyard on November 14. The listing names complimentary face painting, stilt-walking balloon artists, character meet and greets, ornament making and letters to Santa stations. A team that arrives early fills the afternoon ahead of the 6 p.m. show. Neither event carries a published fee.

The room side

Three hotels sit at the property. Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach at Broadway holds 141 rooms on site. Fairfield Inn by Marriott holds 111 rooms and Holiday Inn Express holds 114, both across the street near Legends in Concert. The venue publishes room counts and phone numbers for all three and no nightly rate.

bookMyTeam's Myrtle Beach directory lists 399 hotels for the city. One request goes to 50+ hotels. Hotels respond in 24 to 72 hours. The team pays the hotel directly, and no markup is added.

Fifteen double rooms cover 30 people for one night. A coach that loads at 9:15 p.m. removes the second night from the block.

Four questions before approval

Ask the venue for the fireworks rain plan. Ask the chosen restaurant for its November 14 closing time. Ask each hotel for a November 14 rate and a cut-off date. Ask the coach company for a 9:15 p.m. loading window at the group entrance.

Submit the room request on bookMyTeam, price the offer against the hotel's public rate in the group rate calculator, and read the process on how it works.
