Three published coach stops

Visit Fort Worth publishes motor-coach parking on its own page. The page names three sites across three districts and one cleaning contact. Route the coach first, then sign the room block.

The festival sits at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2020 NW 21st St, Fort Worth, TX 76164. Every listed coach site sits inside the city.

The Stockyards lot costs nothing

Visit Fort Worth lists free parking on the east side of Exchange Avenue behind Stockyards Station. A group that books in the Stockyards parks the coach there and walks to the rooms.

The Stockyards cluster sits closest to the church. Hotel Drover stands 1.3 straight-line miles from 2020 NW 21st St and the Hyatt Place 1.4 miles. Both properties sit inside the district that holds the free lot.

Downtown sits off Jones Street

The downtown option sits near the Trinity Metro Fort Worth Central Station off Jones Street. Central Station takes the address 1001 Jones Street, and the station sits 3.3 straight-line miles from the church.

A downtown block suits a team that wants the evening in Sundance Square. The coach holds at the station end and the group rides the last three miles.

The Cultural District option

Will Rogers Memorial Center takes coaches, and Visit Fort Worth names Standard Parking Company on 817.392.2000 for the site. The page adds that many museums hold their own coach parking, with the attraction as the contact.

Wash the coach before the return leg

Visit Fort Worth lists Road Runner Charters on 817.355.9474 for coach cleaning. A Friday-to-Sunday festival with a Stockyards layover needs the wash slot booked alongside the parking.

Ask the hotel about overnight space

The motor-coach page states that some hotels allow daytime or overnight coach parking, free or valet. Other hotels send the driver to a lot away from the property, and some run the driver back and forth. The page tells the planner to ask at booking.

Put that question in the request for proposal. A valet answer plans one way. An off-site answer adds a driver transfer and a second parking charge, and both belong in the budget before the rooms go firm.

The festival clock

The 58th Annual Fort Worth Greek Festival runs Friday November 13, Saturday November 14 and Sunday November 15, 2026. Friday and Saturday run 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The organiser prints free entry and free parking.

The parish parks guests at North Side High School, 2211 McKinley Avenue, and runs a shuttle to the church. The school sits 0.2 straight-line miles from the church door. The page publishes no shuttle interval and no last-run time, so the bus company needs the interval from the parish office on 817-626-5578.

The schedule page prints church tours at 12:30, 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Friday, at 11:30 a.m., 2:30, 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, with Divine Liturgy at 9 a.m. That grid carries no year. The dance grid below it is dated November 7, 8 and 9, which is the 2025 edition. Ask the parish office for the 2026 dance times.

The home page carries two payment lines: cash, credit or debit, and No Tokens, Credit Cards Only. A group travels with a card.

Sunday loses the lamb

The menu starts the leg of lamb at 5 p.m. and the dinner combo after 5 p.m. Sunday closes at 3 p.m. A Sunday group eats the lunch combo and the outside Plaka counter. Friday and Saturday groups reach the lamb.

Individual sides cost $4.50 each and Byzantine coffee sells at $18 per bag. Everything sits indoors or under tents, and the page prints that the festival runs rain or shine. A group that wants a set dinner orders from the frozen list: pastitsio, moussaka, dolmathes and spanakopita by the pan, collected inside.

Book the block after the bus

A Friday-to-Sunday run takes two nights, November 13 and 14. The Sunday clock ends at 3 p.m., so a coach booked for a 4 p.m. departure clears the site before the parish closes the gates.

bookMyTeam lists 255 team hotels in Fort Worth, quotes 15 to 40 percent group savings and states $0 in fees. The directory covers the Stockyards cluster, which holds the free coach lot, and downtown, which holds the Jones Street option.

Send the request once the coach answer lands. Name the parking site, the two room nights, the shuttle interval and the 3 p.m. Sunday departure in the same brief. The parish office answers the shuttle question on 817-626-5578. The property answers the overnight coach question.
