The room, and what a seat costs
The 2026 Texas Country Music Awards run Sunday, Nov. 8 at Billy Bob's Texas in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Billy Bob's lists doors at 2 p.m. and event start at 5 p.m., with tickets at $30 general admission and reserved seats from $45 to $125. TCMA's sponsorship packet sits above that ticket block and prints a seat count against every tier. The seat count turns a sponsorship into a per-seat figure a team can hold beside a standard block.
$25,000: 28 seats or 20
The Presented-By tier costs $25,000 and carries 16 tickets at two round tables with VIP Lounge and Guitar Bar access, plus 12 general admission tickets. Twenty-eight seats divide $25,000 into $893 a seat.
The Headline Artist Performance tier costs the same $25,000 and carries 8 round-table tickets plus 12 general admission tickets. Twenty seats divide into $1,250 a seat.
$20,000 and $17,500: 18 seats
The Red Carpet tier costs $20,000 and carries 8 round-table tickets plus 10 general admission tickets. Eighteen seats divide into $1,111 a seat. The VIP Lounge tier costs $17,500 for the same 18 seats, $972 a seat.
$15,000: 18 seats, or 16
Five tiers at $15,000 carry 8 round-table tickets plus 10 general admission tickets: Icon Award, Trailblazer Award, Entertainer of the Year, Greenroom and Emerging Artist. Eighteen seats divide into $833 a seat. The Winner's Circle Interview Area tier at the same $15,000 carries 8 tickets plus 8 general admission tickets, $938 a seat.
$10,000 and $7,500
The Performance tier costs $10,000 and carries 6 round-table tickets plus 8 general admission tickets. Fourteen seats divide into $714 a seat. The Pre-Show Awards Ceremony tier and the Specific Award tier each cost $7,500 and carry 6 tickets plus 6 general admission tickets, $625 a seat.
$5,000: eight seats
The Musician Awards, After-Party and Common Area Red Carpet tiers each cost $5,000 and carry 4 showroom floor tickets plus 4 general admission tickets. Eight seats divide into $625 a seat. A fourth $5,000 tier, the Winner's Circle Photo Op Area, publishes three available and no seat count.
$4,000 down to $500
The Artist's Scholarship tier at $4,000 carries 4 showroom floor tickets, $1,000 a seat. Multimedia at $3,500 carries 4, $875 a seat. Preferred at $2,500 carries 4, $625 a seat. General at $1,500 carries 2, $750 a seat. The Support tier takes any amount from $500 and returns one showroom floor ticket for every $500.
The after-party has no room yet
The After-Party tier's benefit sheet reads Hotel Drover, Stockman's Club or another Stockyards facility, to be announced. A team that buys the tier holds a named benefit against an unnamed room. Hotel Drover sits on TCMA's title sponsor line beside the Fort Worth Stockyards.
The two clocks
The packet prints doors and red carpet interviews at 2 p.m., the pre-show awards at 5 p.m. and the main ceremony at 6 p.m. Billy Bob's own event page prints doors at 2 p.m., event start at 5 p.m., showtime at 7 p.m. and live music at 8 p.m. A buyer who holds 18 seats settles that pair in writing before the guest list goes out.
What the packet leaves open
The packet header prints the 2026 awards against Sunday, November 8, 2025. The headline entertainer and the remaining performances carry no name. TCMA takes tier questions at tcma@texascountrymusicassociation.org, Linda Wilson on 903-472-8008 and Barry Rogers on 214-907-8875.
Three numbers for the request
A team weighing a tier against a ticket block puts three numbers in the request: the seat count, the per-seat figure and the recognition attached to the tier. Twenty general admission tickets at $30 come to $600. That is the ticket-block baseline every per-seat figure above is measured against. The Fort Worth hotel directory holds the property list for the weekend. The group rate request takes the room nights.
