Four show days and a Wednesday gala
The San Francisco Fall Show runs October 15 to 18, 2026 at the Festival Pavilion, Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture, 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco. The Opening Night Gala takes place the evening before, on Wednesday October 14, at the same venue.
The organizer calls the Show the leading international art, antiques and design fair on the West Coast. It was founded in 1982 and runs as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The 2026 edition carries over 40 dealers and the theme Métallique Chic.
Show hours run 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Thursday October 15 through Saturday October 17, and 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday October 18. The four days hold 31.5 hours on the floor.
One ticket band for the team
Show Days tickets sell on Eventbrite at $23.18, including a $3.18 fee. The ticket covers admission on all four days, and the listing states that tickets may be used for re-entry throughout Show Days. A team buys one Show Days ticket per person and spreads across Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with no second purchase.
Lecture tickets sit on top of the Show ticket. The organizer states that a delegate needs both a Show ticket and a lecture ticket to attend a lecture. Eleven lecture classes are listed. Nine carry $28.52, including a $3.52 fee. Two carry $55.20, including a $5.20 fee. The band therefore runs from $23.18 to $55.20.
The two $55.20 classes are Charlotte Moss at Home, in conversation with Suzanne Tucker, on Thursday October 15 at 2:30 p.m., and Fashioning a Life in Style on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.
Eleven lectures across four days
The programme lists 11 sessions. Thursday October 15 holds three, at 11:00 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Friday October 16 holds three at the same times. Saturday October 17 holds three, at 11:00 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Sunday October 18 holds two, at noon and 2:00 p.m.
Each session pairs speakers with a moderator, and several close with book signings in the Authors' Alcove. Thursday's 11:00 a.m. session brings Zac Posen and Ken Fulk together with Stellene Volandes. Friday's 11:00 a.m. session has Meg Braff, Christine Gachot and Mish Tworkowski with Margot Shaw. Sunday's noon session pairs Anu Jain and Christopher Roy with Alisa Carroll.
Sales close per class. The lecture classes carry close dates of October 15, 16, 17 and 18, and the Show Days class closes October 18. Eventbrite lists the sales as non-refundable.
Price the split
Six people on Show Days tickets come to $139.08 for the four days. The same six with one $28.52 lecture ticket each come to $310.20. One delegate attending the Show and one $55.20 lecture pays $78.38. One delegate attending the Show and ten of the eleven lectures pays $335.06.
Two line items per session is the budget mechanic. A studio sending two people to three lectures buys six Show Days tickets and six lecture tickets. Set the headcount before a class reaches its close date.
Build the rota from the schedule. Six sessions fall on the Thursday and Friday, and five fall on the Saturday and Sunday. A team of six covers every slot with one delegate per session.
The gala sells through ARTSVP
Gala tickets sell through ARTSVP, and the Eventbrite page does not carry them. ARTSVP publishes five levels. Visionary is $10,000 for six tickets, Connoisseur $5,000 for four, Collector $2,700 for two, Enthusiast $1,100 for two, and Supporter $400 for one.
Entry times follow the level. Visionary, Connoisseur and Collector admit from 5:00 p.m., Enthusiast from 6:00 p.m. and Supporter from 7:00 p.m. Visionary, Connoisseur, Collector and Enthusiast add unlimited entry on all show days. Visionary and Connoisseur add complimentary tickets to every lecture with reservations, plus valet parking for the gala and on show days. Collector adds valet parking for the gala and complimentary tickets to some lectures. Enthusiast adds valet parking for the gala and complimentary tickets to two lectures.
Rooms and room nights
The organizer publishes no room block and no rate. Eventbrite lists paid parking at the venue.
A team arriving for the Wednesday gala and leaving on Sunday October 18 needs four nights. Eight people in four double rooms is 16 room nights. Six people in three double rooms is 12 room nights. A team that skips the gala and arrives Thursday morning needs three nights, and six people in three double rooms is 9 room nights.
bookMyTeam takes the room request at bookmyteam.org/rfp/submit, and the San Francisco city directory lists 562 hotels available. Group rates on the platform cover a block of 10 rooms per night or more, and some hotels discount from 5 rooms depending on season and availability. Published savings run 15 to 40 percent below rack rates, and hotels respond within 24 to 72 hours. Submitting a request is free, hotels pay the platform's commission, and the team pays the hotel directly at the negotiated rate.
Confirm before booking
Three questions belong with the request. Which lecture classes still carry tickets after each close date. What the venue charges for parking. What the nightly rate and the cancellation window are on each room offer.
