Three days at Moscone West

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs October 13 to 15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. The organizer counts 10,000-plus attendees and 200-plus sessions across six stages. Every pass price rises at the door on October 13.

Both group bands run through the ticket page. The registration desk sits in the Level 1 lobby of Moscone West, and the Expo Hall with the Startup Battlefield 200 exhibitors sits on Level 2. Badge collection opens on Monday, October 12 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The two group bands

TechCrunch sells registration in two group bands. Groups of four to nine save 15 percent, printed at a floor of $220 per pass. Groups of ten or more save 30 percent, printed at a floor of $174 per pass. TechCrunch prints both figures as starting prices.

The 15 percent bundle covers the Attendee, Investor, Non-Profit and Student passes. The 30 percent band covers any pass type, and it runs through a code. TechCrunch asks the team to email events@techcrunch.com and promises a reply inside one business day with a personalized code and a booking link.

One order, one pass type

Both bands run through a single order. Every pass in the order must carry the same pass type. TechCrunch states that the group rate applies only when four or more passes of one type are bought in one transaction, and that the savings cannot be applied to a bulk order of mixed pass types. Three Attendee passes beside two Student passes breaks the offer on both counts.

The group rate also excludes the other offers. The buy-one-get-one option puts a second pass at 50 percent off and closes October 13 at 8 a.m. Pacific. TechCrunch states that group and bundle savings cannot be combined with BOGO passes or with other promotions and discounts. A ten-person team qualifies for the 30 percent band. A two-person team qualifies for BOGO. The two cannot be combined.

Pass prices to multiply

The ticket page publishes the early-bird single-pass prices with the standard prices beside them. Expo+ is $299 against $349. Student is $349 against $399. Non-Profit is $399 against $499. Attendee is $949 against $1,049. Founder is $999 against $1,099. Investor is $1,099 against $1,199.

Ten Attendee passes come to $9,490 before the group discount and $6,643 after 30 percent, or $664.30 a pass. Four Non-Profit passes come to $1,596 before the discount and $1,356.60 after 15 percent, or $339.15 a pass. Five Student passes come to $1,745 before the discount and $1,483.25 after 15 percent, or $296.65 a pass.

Two steps belong in the same week as the request. Fix the pass type every delegate will hold, because the code is tied to one type. Hold the headcount, because the tenth delegate moves the team into the higher band. Ask the events inbox for the per-pass figure in writing against the pass type the team holds, and set the budget line from that reply.

Registration and the door

Registration runs from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. On Thursday it runs 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Badge collection needs the ticket and a government-issued photo ID. The name on the badge must match the ID. A delegate cannot collect a badge for another attendee.

A place on the Layoff Expo+ Pass is a separate offer at $75 against a regular $349. TechCrunch limits it to the first 100 qualifying registrants, or until the doors open on October 13 at 8 a.m. Pacific. It carries Expo Hall access, breakout sessions, 1:1 meetings and select side events.

Rooms for the three days

The organizer lists four attendee hotels between 0.2 and 0.5 miles from Moscone West. The booking portal now reads "Hotel Reservations Are Now Closed," and it directs reservations, changes and cancellations to the hotels directly. The portal lists a contact for six properties: InterContinental San Francisco, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA, Grand Hyatt San Francisco, Hotel Zetta and Hotel Zelos, YOTEL San Francisco, and Timbri Hotel San Francisco.

A team request holds a second route. bookMyTeam takes a request at bookmyteam.org/rfp/submit, and the Group Type list carries Conference / Seminar. Group rates on the platform cover a block of 10 rooms per night or more, and some hotels discount from 5 rooms depending on season and availability. Published savings run 15 to 40 percent below rack rates. Hotels respond within 24 to 72 hours. Submitting a request is free, hotels pay the platform's commission, and the team pays the hotel directly at the negotiated rate.

Room nights and the budget line

Eight delegates in four double rooms take 12 room nights across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and 8 room nights across Tuesday and Wednesday. Either stay ends with a Thursday checkout, because the Expo Hall closes at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Three rate routes sit in front of the budget owner: the attendee rate, the bookMyTeam block, and the property's own rate. Ask each for the nightly rate, the room type and the cancellation window.

Set the seat line against the pass type and the headcount. Ten Attendee passes at 30 percent is $6,643. Four Non-Profit passes at 15 percent is $1,356.60. Five Student passes at 15 percent is $1,483.25. Each figure comes from a price on the ticket page today, and each moves when the headcount crosses a band.
