The AI Conference 2026 At Pier 48
The AI Conference 2026 runs September 29 through October 1 at Pier 48 in San Francisco. The venue is Shed A and B at 48 Pier 48, San Francisco, CA 94158, on the Mission Rock waterfront beside Oracle Park.

Five delegates in single rooms need five rooms each night. A two-night window from Tuesday September 29 to Thursday October 1 covers both main conference days and totals 10 room nights. A three-night window from Monday September 28 to Thursday October 1 adds the Monday arrival before the Day ZERØ start and totals 15 room nights. A five-night window from Sunday September 27 to Friday October 2 adds the Sunday arrival and the Friday morning departure and totals 25 room nights.
Five delegates in two double rooms and one single room need three rooms. Two nights cost 6 room nights and three nights cost 9 room nights.
bookMyTeam publishes the group threshold: most hotels quote group rates for 10 or more rooms per night, and some hotels discount from five rooms depending on season and availability. A five-room request sits on that five-room floor. A three-room request sits below it, and the property answers with its own rate.
Getting Five Delegates To The Door
