Renting 66 Acres for 500: A Corporate Holiday at the Arboretum

A final season on 66 acres

Holiday at the Arboretum runs November 11 through January 3, 2027 at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, 8525 Garland Road. This is the last season for the 12 Days of Christmas gazebos. Twelve glass-sided gazebos have stood on these grounds since 2014, and the Arboretum calls the run "12 Years. 12 Days. One Final Chorus." The Christmas Village and the decorated DeGolyer House open with the season.

A company outing here takes two products: a private venue rental and admission tickets. The property publishes the terms for both.

What the rental covers

The corporate and social events page lists four indoor and outdoor venues across the 66 acres and a capacity of up to 500 attendees. The rental includes tables and chairs for guest dining, event set-up and tear-down, onsite event facilitators, and security. The team's caterer works around furniture the Arboretum supplies.

The rental inquiry form takes the company details and the date. The private events office states it replies within 48 hours. The Arboretum publishes no rental fee, no food and beverage minimum, no deposit schedule and no cancellation term on the corporate page, the rental inquiry page or the private events landing page. The venue cost arrives with the written quote.

Two admission windows each day

Daytime admission runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Holiday at Night runs 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. A Night Owl ticket covers 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and sells online only.

Holiday Cheer is a separate evening product at $12 for general admission and members. It sells for November 26, December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1. The garden closes for general daytime admission on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Published admission prices

Daytime holiday admission runs $21.95 to $25.95 for an adult and $17.95 to $21.95 for a child aged 3 to 12. Children under 3 enter free. Members enter free. Museums for All admission is $3. The figure moves with the date, and the ticket page shows the exact amount once a date is selected.

Holiday at Night runs $35 to $40 for general admission aged 3 and over and $20 to $25 for members. The Arboretum adds $4 to walk-up prices and asks guests to buy online in advance. Night Owl is $15.

The Rainy Day Guarantee covers general garden admission. A guest selects Reschedule in the confirmation email and picks a new date inside the calendar year. The replacement ticket must match the type purchased.

Concierge tickets in bundles of 25

The group tickets page sells concierge admission in bundles of 25 at $18 per ticket. A bundle stays valid for 12 months and carries no advance reservation. One bundle costs $450. Two bundles cover 50 guests and cost $900.

Concierge tickets suit a team whose date moves. The organiser buys the bundle, assigns names later, and the tickets hold for a year. Order through groupsales@dallasarboretum.org or (214) 515-6615.

Group rates for a fixed date

Groups of 15 or more buy discounted admission against a set date. Adults pay $17.50 Monday through Thursday and $21 Friday through Sunday. Children aged 2 to 12 pay $14 and $17.50 on the same weekly split. The Arboretum recommends advance booking.

A guided tour costs $10 per guest and needs a reservation two weeks ahead. Group lunches serve 15 or more. Menu selections and final payment are due 72 hours or three business days before the visit. The seated three-course lunch caps at 40 guests. Boxed lunches come from Beyond the Box Catering.

Parking and arrival

Parking costs $15 per vehicle plus applicable tax and fees. Coaches drop at Entry 1, the main entrance at 8525 Garland Road, and bus parking costs $15 per space as space allows. Entry 3 at 8657 Garland Road serves the Rory Meyers Children's Adventure Garden. Entry 4 at 8720 Garland Road holds the garage, with an underground walkway into the garden. The Arboretum asks guests to use the designated lots, and tow-away signage covers the surrounding streets.

A 40-person evening, costed

Take 40 guests at Holiday at Night. Concierge admission takes two bundles, 50 tickets, for $900. Forty tickets at the $35 rate come to $1,400. The same 40 at the $40 rate come to $1,600. Ten cars at $15 add $150 before tax and fees. The venue rental sits outside all three figures.

A daytime group booking prices on the group ladder. Forty adults at $17.50 come to $700. Forty adults at the $21 rate come to $840. A concierge bundle still takes two bundles for 40 guests and leaves 10 tickets for a second visit.

Rooms for an out-of-town team

The Arboretum publishes no hotel partner, room block, shuttle or nightly rate on its event, group or parking pages. A team that flies in books rooms on its own schedule. bookMyTeam lists 790 hotels in Dallas, and the rate guide puts the block threshold at 10 or more rooms per night. Send the dates and the room count through the group rate request form.

Six questions for the inquiry

Ask for the rental fee, the caterer rule, the rain plan, the four venue names with seated and standing capacity, the holiday dates a rental cannot take, and the last date to change the guest count. Ask which admission product pairs with the rental, and put the ticket count in the same message.

Send the form at dallasarboretum.org or call (214) 515-6615. One message covering the venue and the tickets returns one schedule and one total.
