The pass math for ten
The Weekend Pass sells as the 3 Day Ticket at $70.00. The One Day Pass sells at $30.00. Three single days cost $90.00, so the weekend pass returns $20.00 per artist and $200.00 across the group.
Ten weekend passes come to $700.00. That price covers entry, the exhibit floor, the performances and the tattoo contests. The organiser states that some special events or sessions may carry an additional fee.
The door handles ticketing in person. One person gives a name, an email address, a phone number or the order number. The desk looks the order up and issues wristbands on the spot. The site publishes no e-ticket and no QR code, so ten artists walk in on one order number.
Saturday ends at midnight
The organiser's FAQ publishes Friday noon to 10 PM, Saturday noon to midnight, and Sunday noon to 10 PM. A footer block on the same site prints a midnight close for Friday as well. Book Friday against the 10 PM figure and treat Saturday's midnight as the fixed point.
A midnight close puts the group on the road after 12 AM and in a bed after 12:15. The Saturday room night carries the whole booking.
Sunday closes at 10 PM, and that hour decides the room count. A standard Sunday checkout leaves ten artists without a room from late morning until 10 PM. Two routes work. Book the Sunday night and check out Monday. Or hold the room and ask the hotel for a late checkout and bag storage.
Five rooms in one block
Ten artists in double rooms need five rooms. Friday and Saturday give two nights, and the Sunday option makes three.

Two nights come to $220.00 per person with the ticket included. Three nights come to $295.00. A single-day visitor pays $30.00 at the door for one of the three days.
What goes in the request
Send five double rooms, check-in Friday November 13, check-out Sunday November 15, and a note that the group may extend to Monday November 16. Ask each property for its Sunday checkout time and its bag storage terms. Name the room type as two beds, because two artists share each room.
