Two Doors, 1.22 Miles Apart
Art Miami runs 1-6 December 2026 at One Herald Plaza in downtown Miami, between the Venetian and MacArthur causeways. The fair's official hotel partner, the JW Marriott Marquis Miami, sits at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way, 1.22 miles away. Daniel Boulud's Boulud Sud serves inside that hotel. A team walks out of the pavilions and reaches dinner without a coach.

What the Fair Charges a Team
Art Miami sells tickets online only. The fair runs no box office on site.
One public day costs $71. A multi-day pass costs $184. The VIP pass costs $330 and carries the 1-4 p.m. preview on 1 December. Senior (62+) and student (12-18) tickets cost $48 each.
The group tier carries the trip. Ten or more people buy one public day at $48 each. Ten tickets at the single-day price total $710. Ten at the group price total $480. The $230 difference covers most of a $250 private tour.
Children 12 and under enter free with a ticketed adult.
The Hour With a Guide
Art Nexus runs the fair's guided tours. One hour costs $250 as a private booking. The same hour costs $25 per guest for a group of ten.
Ten guests at $25 comes to $250. The private booking costs the same as ten places. Take the private tour, set the pace, and let the guide answer the client's questions.

Building the Day
Public hours run 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday 1 December, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday, and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sunday 6 December. Thursday 3 December opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m., which leaves room for a guided hour and a dinner.
Start the tour at 4 p.m. The team sees the floor with a guide for an hour. Two hours of independent time follow before the fair closes.
Valet parking costs $30 on a first-come basis, with entry at Bayshore and NE 14th Street. The Omni Garage beside the pavilion holds more than 2,500 cars at 1645 Biscayne Boulevard. A free water taxi and shuttle links the fairs to Miami Beach during Art Week. The Adrienne Arsht Metromover station sits one block from the site, and the Metromover runs free.
The Room Side
The JW Marriott Marquis holds 313 rooms and suites. The hotel publishes recent renovations across its meeting space, guest rooms, restaurants and public areas, plus a stainless-steel sky pool, the Enliven spa and an NBA-approved basketball court.
Art Miami names three further hotel partners with published distances. Hotel Beaux Arts sits 1.20 miles away at the same Biscayne Boulevard Way address. Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay sits 0.18 miles away, the closest of the four. Yve Hotel Miami sits 0.85 miles away at 146 Biscayne Boulevard.
The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau reports a Miami-Dade year-to-date average daily rate of $261.54 through August 2026, against $231.92 for the same months of 2025. What to Confirm Before You Commit
Art Miami publishes its tour price and its ticket prices. The fair publishes no ticket and no rate for a Boulud Sud dinner. Book that meal as a private group reservation with the hotel, and put the room, the menu and the minimum spend in writing.
Put three questions in the room request. Does the property hold a block across 1-6 December? What deposit does it require? What is the cut-off date for guest names?
The fair's hotel list runs to four named partners. Ask each one for its cut-off date, and compare the answers against the block's own release date.
