Time To Drive Fest runs Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2026, at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street, Miami, FL 33127. The organiser's FAQ lists doors at 10:00 AM and the close at 7:30 PM on both days. Friday, November 6 is Driver's Seat, a track day at The Concours Club for registered VVIP guests.

A host planning the day for six clients works from one schedule and one price sheet: the panels worth booking, the passes that admit the party, a single hotel and a single ride. The figures below come from the festival's ticket page at Tier 2 pricing.

Saturday or Sunday, Doors at Ten

Both days open at 10:00 AM and end at 7:30 PM. The official afterparty falls on the Saturday programme.

Sunday also runs Cars and Coffee from 7:00 to 10:00 AM for car clubs and VVIP guests. That start needs the Saturday night in the hotel.

What a Pass Covers

Four tiers are on sale. Day One runs $75, Day Two runs $75, the Two Day Full Access pass runs $125, and The Grail VVIP pass runs $1,150 for November 6 to 8.

The Two Day pass covers the automotive and watch experiences and the panels across both days. Most sessions come with admission. The VVIP pass adds the 0260 ClubHaus, premium food and beverage, meet and greets, every paid panel at no extra cost, and eligibility for the Driver's Seat track day.

The Five Sessions That Cost Extra

Five sessions sit behind a separate ticket, and each one requires a festival pass.

Sunday holds three. The Photography Masterclass with Larry Chen runs 10:00 to 10:45 AM at $50. The panel with Felipe Nasr hosted by Spike Feresten runs 1:00 to 1:45 PM at $75. Spike's Car Radio tapes live at 5:00 to 5:45 PM at $75.

Saturday holds two. The panel with Patrick Long hosted by Matt Farah runs 4:00 to 4:45 PM, and The Smoking Tire with Matt Farah runs 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Each costs $75.

All five add-ons come to $350 a guest. Six guests on the Two Day pass with all five pay $2,850, which is $475 each. Six VVIP passes at $1,150 come to $6,900, which sits $4,050 above that figure.

The organiser sells add-ons in advance and states that some experiences sell out. Buy them with the passes at checkout.

The Day to Book

Sunday holds the cheapest add-on and two podcast sessions. Doors at 10:00 AM, the Larry Chen masterclass at 10:00, the Nasr panel at 1:00, Spike's Car Radio at 5:00, close at 7:30.

Saturday holds the afterparty: doors at 10:00 AM, the Patrick Long panel at 4:00, The Smoking Tire at 5:00, and the official afterparty to close the night.

The Afterparty and the Door

The organiser names DJ Walshy Fire of Major Lazer as the official afterparty act. The festival publishes the set times in the 0260 app, which also holds the live schedule.

Re-entry is not allowed. A guest who steps outside stays outside, so the group fixes a meeting point and a departure time inside the hall.

The clear bag policy applies at the gate. One clear bag no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, and one clutch no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Backpacks and camera bags stay at the hotel.

One Hotel

JW Marriott Marquis Miami is the official hospitality partner, and the venue page advertises preferred rates through its booking link. No nightly figure appears on that link, so price the stay against the Miami-Dade average daily rate of $261.54 for the year to date through August 2026, published by the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau from STR data.

Six guests in three rooms at that planning rate come to $784.62 a night, or $130.77 a person. Two nights come to $1,569.24. The JW Marriott Marquis sits 2.73 miles and about seven minutes from Mana Wynwood by road.

One Rideshare Plan

The FAQ confirms parking in and around Wynwood, subject to availability and with fees that may apply. It then strongly encourages guests to use Uber, Lyft or another rideshare service to avoid traffic and parking delays. Rideshare zones are published before the festival.

Fix the return leg before the close. The hall empties at 7:30 PM on both days, and the Saturday party runs past it.

The Total for Six

Six Two Day passes at $125 come to $750. Five add-ons on both days add $2,100, which brings the tickets to $2,850, or $475 a guest.

Three Sunday add-ons at $50, $75 and $75 cost $200 a guest, which is $1,200 for six and $1,950 in total. That comes to $325 a guest.

Two nights of rooms add $1,569.24. On the five-add-on plan the party totals $4,419.24, or $736.54 a guest. One night brings it to $3,634.62, or $605.77 a guest.

Booking the Three Rooms

Send one request with three rooms, two beds in each, checking in Friday, November 6 and out Sunday, November 8. Ask each property to confirm the cancellation window in writing before the deposit goes down.

bookMyTeam publishes group rates at 10 or more rooms a night, with some hotels discounting from five rooms depending on season and availability. Three rooms sits below the published floor, so the returned quotes decide the price.

Submit the stay on the bookMyTeam RFP form with Corporate Event as the group type, and run the target rate through the group rate calculator before the request goes out. One request reaches 50+ hotels in Miami, answers arrive in 24 to 72 hours, and bookMyTeam charges the group no fee.

What to Settle Before Arrival

Buy the passes and the add-ons in the same order. Claim each ticket in the 0260 app before the gate, because the app holds the scannable code. Fix one pick-up point and one return time.
