Cloudflare Connect 2026 runs three days at Moscone West
Cloudflare Connect 2026 takes place October 19 to 21 at Moscone West in San Francisco. The event site lists three days of programming, five tracks, more than 100 sessions and workshops, 5,000-plus developers and security leaders, and 40-plus ecosystem partners. The address published on the Cloudflare Global Partner Summit page is 800 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103.
Monday, October 19 is the training and partner day. Cloudflare University and the Global Partner Summit both run that day, with the Startup Pitch Competition from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and a welcome reception from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. General sessions, breakout programming and hands-on labs fill Tuesday and Wednesday. The closing party, func(tion), runs at Oracle Park on Wednesday from 7 p.m.
The agenda puts the first main-stage session on Tuesday morning, so Monday is a full working day for any team that arrives in time for it. The Conference Pass covers the keynotes, the technical breakouts, the Expo Hall, conference meals, event swag and the after-hours programme.
Pass prices decide how many people travel
A Conference Pass costs $595. Cloudflare prices teams on a ladder. Groups of five to nine buy passes at $495 each. Groups of ten or more take 50 percent off ticket prices. A qualifying .gov, .mil, .org or .edu email address takes a further $100 off.
The ladder changes the arithmetic at the tenth name. Nine passes at $495 come to $4,455. Ten passes at half of $595 come to $2,975. The tenth traveller lowers the group total by $1,480, so a buyer holding nine names should price a tenth seat before booking.
Cloudflare University is a separate $495 add-on, and the event page states that University passes for 2026 are sold out. The Public Sector Pass is a $100 discount applied at registration with an official government, military, nonprofit or education email. The Partner Summit is free to active partners, and free Connect access is granted only to those who attend the Summit as well. The event FAQ does not state whether the public-sector discount stacks with the ten-plus group rate, so treat that combination as a question for the registration desk.
Why the room block is four nights
Day one starts Monday morning. A Sunday, October 18 arrival puts the team in place for the University and Partner Summit day without a same-day flight. The closing party runs Wednesday evening at Oracle Park, so the practical departure is Thursday, October 22. Sunday to Thursday is four nights in one property.
Cloudflare's own budget template prices lodging at $350 per night for three nights, or $1,050. The Sunday arrival adds a fourth night to the same figure.
Every traveller must be 18 or older. The FAQ states the rule without exception, which matters for a team that plans to send an intern or a junior staffer.
What goes into the group room request
bookMyTeam negotiates rates for a block of ten or more rooms a night at most hotels, and some properties discount from five rooms depending on season and availability. The platform publishes group rates 15 to 40 percent below rack rates, 50-plus hotels per request, responses inside 24 to 72 hours, and $0 in fees with the hotel paid directly. It lists 103,857-plus hotels across 46 states, and its San Francisco city directory counts 562 hotels.
Four nights on one arrival date and one departure date is the cleanest request shape. Name the split between king and double rooms. A ten-person team at two to a room needs five rooms a night and twenty room nights across the stay, which sits below the ten-room-a-night threshold at most properties and makes the five-room question worth asking directly.

The dates to hold
Registration runs through the link on the Connect site. A pass transfers to a colleague through the events team with the registration confirmation number and the replacement's name and email. Firm up the delegate list early. The fourth night and the ten-pass break both sit at a decision point a buyer reaches once, before the rate request goes out.
