The run

The Pacific Northwest Sportsmen's Show runs February 17 to 21, 2027 at the Portland Expo Center, 2025 North Expo Road. The promoter books Halls A, B, C, D and E across the five days.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday open at 11 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Saturday opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. Sunday opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m.

The gate prices

The promoter's show-information page carries the gate. An adult ticket costs $20 for ages 18 and older. A two-day pass costs $32 and covers any two days of the run. Admission is free for ages 17 and under. The page adds that fees may apply.

Twelve people, two days

Twelve adults who attend two days pay $384 on two-day passes. The same twelve pay $480 in single-day tickets at $20 each. The pass saves the group $96, or $8 an adult.

A school or club roster that runs mostly juniors pays less again. Two coaches and ten juniors pay $64 for two days, which is two adult passes at $32 each. The ten juniors enter free.

The $12 rate at the box office

Active and retired military personnel, veterans, police, fire and first responders pay $12 with valid ID at the box office. The promoter extends the same rate to one family member.

The $12 sits against the $20 adult day ticket. The promoter publishes no two-day version of the discounted rate, so a responder who plans both days asks the box office for the second-day price.

A day trip with no beds

A pass buys a day on the show floor. A club within driving range can run the show as two day trips and book no rooms.

Parking runs $15 per space per entry, without in-and-out privileges. A vehicle that takes two spaces pays twice, which covers a truck and trailer. Four vehicles on each of two days cost $120. One vehicle on each of the two days costs $30.

The MAX Yellow Line serves the Expo Center station a short walk from the entrance. The ride from downtown Portland runs about 30 minutes, and the walk in crosses the Expo parking lots west under a covered walkway. TriMet charges an adult $2.80 for 2-1/2 hours and stops charging at $5.60 in a day. Youth riders aged 7 to 17 pay $1.40 and cap at $2.80. Children 6 and under ride free with a paying passenger.

Four adults on rail cap at $22.40 for the day. The single vehicle at $15 covers the same four people. Two adults and two children cap at $11.20 on rail.

When the club needs beds

A club from outside the region needs rooms for the same two nights the pass covers. bookMyTeam holds group rates at 10 or more rooms per night. Its how-it-works page adds that some hotels discount from five rooms depending on season and availability. A club of twelve in six double rooms sits under the published threshold, and the RFP route sends those dates to hotels that price smaller blocks.

The promoter names two host hotels and posts their flyers closer to showtime. Oxford Suites sits at 12226 N Jantzen Drive, Portland, Oregon 97217, on 503-283-3030. Fairfield Inn sits at 1200 N Anchor Way, Portland, Oregon 97217, on 503-286-6336.

The platform publishes a 15-40% band below rack rates, a $0 markup and a 24-72 hour response window. Ten rooms for two nights at an example $150 nightly rate runs $3,000. The published band puts the saving between $450 and $1,200, and the planner sets that nightly rate as an input.

Getting the crew to the gate

From Interstate 5 northbound, take exit 306B for Marine Drive West. From Interstate 5 southbound, take exit 307 for Marine Drive and follow the signs.

The overflow lot at Portland International Raceway charges $15 per vehicle per entry in cash or by card and runs a free shuttle all day. The shuttle stops 45 minutes after the show closes.

The venue phone line is 503-736-5200.

Book the passes and the beds

A two-day pass at $32 costs less than two single days at $40, and free junior admission covers most of a school roster. Send the overnight crew through the RFP form and put a first room figure on the group rate calculator. The Portland directory lists 278 hotels for a crew that wants to compare properties before the request goes out.
