Five public hours, two nights of rooms

The Texas Bridal & Wedding Expo runs Sunday, 6 December 2026, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Centennial Hall in Fair Park. The floor is open for five hours. A crew day starts earlier and ends later.

An exhibiting company stages a booth before noon and strikes it after 5 p.m. That schedule puts the field in Dallas on Saturday night and again on Sunday night. Monday morning becomes the drive home.

The show's exhibitor directory listed 133 companies on 22 October 2026. Room requests for that shape of trip go out now.

The hall, the gates and the address

Centennial Hall holds 90,000 square feet. Fair Park publishes a booth capacity of 529 at 8 by 10 feet and 423 at 10 by 10 feet. The ceiling runs 18 feet 4 inches to the beam and 32 feet 6 inches to the ceiling. Vehicles reach the building through Gates 2 and 3, and parking sits next to the hall.

American Consumer Shows produces the show and prints the address as 3929 Grand Avenue, Dallas, TX 75210. Fair Park prints 3809 Grand Avenue on its own pages and answers at 214-670-8400. Send drivers the gate number with the confirmation.

The park opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. General visitors use Gates 5 and 6. Ask the show office which gate applies to exhibitor vehicles on the morning of 6 December.

Seventeen properties inside three miles

Fair Park keeps a Where to Stay page that lists lodging within three miles of the grounds. Seventeen properties appear on it. The page points to visitdallas.com/hotels for the full city list.

Road distances from Centennial Hall give the block its shape. Element Dallas Downtown East at 4005 Gaston Avenue sits 1.8 miles out. Home2 Suites at 3301 Gaston Avenue sits 2.1 miles out. The Kimpton Pittman at 2551 Elm Street sits 2.3 miles out. Sheraton Dallas at 400 North Olive Street sits 2.8 miles out. The Lorenzo at 1011 South Akard Street sits 2.9 miles out. CANVAS Hotel at 1325 Botham Jean Boulevard sits 3.3 miles out.

Fair Park counts the whole list inside three miles. The road route to the furthest property runs past that radius. Treat the three-mile figure as the park's own grouping and the drive distance as the planning number.

Two pairs share one street address. Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites both list 555 Evergreen Street. AC Hotel and Residence Inn both list 1712 Commerce Street. One pickup point serves both crews at each address.

The Sunday night ask

A Sunday-night room carries this trip. A crew that checks out on Sunday morning has no room for teardown and no place to change before a long drive.

Put four items in the request to each property. Ask for one room per exhibiting company on Saturday, 5 December, and the same count on Sunday, 6 December. Ask for a late checkout on Sunday for the crew that strikes the booth. Ask for the rate and the cancellation date in writing. Ask whether the property issues a block code the crew can use to book direct.

A block of 133 rooms covers one room per exhibiting company. A field that sends two staff per booth books 133 rooms and fills them two to a room. State the count at the start of the request, because the count decides whether a property can hold the rooms.

The van plan

Fair Park publishes three rules that govern vehicles. No designated parking area exists for buses, RVs or trucks, and the parking page sends event organisers to the event page or to 214-670-8400. Overnight parking is prohibited in all 14,000 spaces, and a vehicle left overnight is subject to towing at the owner's expense. Privately owned golf carts and ATVs cannot operate on the property.

The park also sets a 10 mph limit on roads inside and around the grounds. Plan gate times with that speed in the schedule.

Build the van plan on three slots. A drop at Gate 2 or Gate 3 during load-in. A day lot for the van after the drop. A marshalling time that clears the gate before the noon opening.

Transit for the crew that flies in

DART's Green Line stops at Fair Park Station on Parry Avenue at the fairgrounds entrance. The second stop is MLK, Jr. Station, south of Robert B. Cullum Boulevard and near Gate 6. Fares and pass options sit on dart.org.

The Denton County A-train does not operate on Sunday. A crew based north of Trinity Mills needs another route into the Green Line on show day.

Fair Park publishes no public Wi-Fi on the grounds. A card reader needs its own connection. A badge scanner at the door needs one too.

Send four items this week

The room block for Saturday and Sunday. The gate and marshalling time. The van and trailer plan. The name of the show contact who confirms each one.

American Consumer Shows prints 888-433-3976 on its exhibitor pages. Fair Park answers parking and gate questions at 214-670-8400, and the park runs 24-hour security on the grounds.
