Two days, no overnight lot

The Dallas Home Show runs Saturday, 23 January, and Sunday, 24 January 2027, at Centennial Hall in Fair Park. The organiser prints Saturday hours of 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fair Park lists a 10 a.m. start on both days.

A hall of that size fills with vans, box trucks and trailers before the doors open. Fair Park publishes the parking rules that decide where those vehicles go.

What the hall publishes

Centennial Hall carries 90,000 square feet, 529 booth positions at 8 by 10 feet and 423 at 10 by 10 feet. The ceiling runs 18 feet 4 inches to the beam. Vehicles reach the building through Gates 2 and 3, and parking sits next to the hall.

Two addresses circulate for the same building. American Consumer Shows prints 3929 Grand Avenue, Dallas, TX 75210. Fair Park prints 3809 Grand Avenue on its own pages and answers at 214-670-8400.

The show's exhibitor directory listed 110 companies on 22 October 2026.

Where a trailer cannot go

Fair Park holds over 14,000 parking spaces inside the grounds, plus lots and street parking outside. General parking is free on a non-event day, and rates vary by event.

The park publishes one rule for large vehicles: no designated parking area exists for buses, RVs or trucks. The parking page sends event organisers to the event page or to 214-670-8400.

Overnight parking is prohibited across the park. Any vehicle left overnight is subject to towing at the owner's expense. The visitor guidelines list overnight parking and the use of a parking lot for activity unrelated to parking among prohibited items.

Privately owned golf carts and ATVs cannot operate on Fair Park property. Ask the show office how a vendor moves freight inside the hall. The park sets a 10 mph limit on roads inside and around the grounds.

Loading in through Gates 2 and 3

The organiser points set-up and breakdown times to the Exhibitor Kit issued to contracted exhibitors. Ask the show office for four numbers. The move-in window on Friday, 22 January, and on Saturday morning. The marshalling point for vehicles waiting to enter. The dock or door assigned to the show inside the hall. The gate time that clears the building before the 10 a.m. opening.

Ask a fifth question about the trailer. A drop at Gate 2 or Gate 3 leaves the trailer empty and the driver looking for a space. Fair Park publishes no designated large-vehicle area, so the show office has to name a spot and confirm that the park will not tow it.

The Green Line plan

Two DART Green Line stations sit on the park's edge. Fair Park Station stands on Parry Avenue at the entrance to the fairgrounds. MLK, Jr. Station sits south of Robert B. Cullum Boulevard, near Gate 6. Both serve a fairground entrance.

The Denton County A-train does not operate on Sunday. The Sunday crew comes in on the Green Line from a Dallas transfer point, or it drives.

Fair Park's event page prints no parking price for this show. Ask the show office for the fee before the crew picks between rail and a paid lot.

Rooms inside three miles

Fair Park's Where to Stay page lists 17 properties within three miles and points to visitdallas.com/hotels for the full city list. Road distances from Centennial Hall sort them. Element Dallas Downtown East at 4005 Gaston Avenue sits 1.8 miles out. Home2 Suites at 3301 Gaston Avenue sits 2.1 miles out. The Kimpton Pittman at 2551 Elm Street sits 2.3 miles out. Sheraton Dallas at 400 North Olive Street sits 2.8 miles out. The Lorenzo at 1011 South Akard Street sits 2.9 miles out. CANVAS Hotel at 1325 Botham Jean Boulevard sits 3.3 miles out.

Two address pairs matter at booking: Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites both sit at 555 Evergreen Street, and AC Hotel and Residence Inn both sit at 1712 Commerce Street.

Book two nights for the crew that strikes on Sunday, 24 January. A one-night booking leaves the teardown crew without a room before the drive home.

What to put in the request

Six items cover this show. The move-in window and the gate time. A named trailer space the park will not tow. A room block for Saturday and Sunday nights. The event parking rate. The Wi-Fi answer. The name and direct line of the show contact who confirms each one.

Fair Park answers the ground questions at 214-670-8400 and runs 24-hour security. The show office owns the move-in clock. File both requests together.
