Saturday carries three windows
Move United publishes the Saturday schedule on its 2026 USAWFL tournaments page. The field site opens for equipment drop from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 31. An officials meeting runs 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the host hotel. Team check-in runs 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same hotel.
The check-in window is 30 minutes wide. A flight that lands in the early afternoon clears the drop window and reaches 555 Evergreen Street before 6:00 PM.
RISE Adaptive Sports hosts the Dallas stop and publishes its own page for the tournament. That page carries no check-in clock. Move United carries all three windows, and it is the page to send a team.
Who plays
Pool A lists the Kansas City Chiefs, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the WWAR Generals. Pool B lists the Chicago Bears, the Las Vegas Raiders, the Irving Outlaws and the New Orleans Saints.
RISE names the Irving Outlaws as its home team and counts six visiting teams. Move United prints eight teams in attendance. The pool grid names seven. Ask the league which count stands before the room target goes out.
What the two play days ask of the roster
Sunday play runs 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Monday play runs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Move United publishes fifteen games across two fields.
Sunday starts at 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Lunch sits at 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Monday runs 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
The 2:00 PM slot holds the third-place game on Field 2 and the championship on Field 1. A championship team leaves the floor after 3:00 PM and then loads equipment.
Booking the outbound leg
The venue publishes Dallas Love Field at seven miles from 650 South Griffin Street. DFW sits about 30 minutes away. Dallas Executive Airport sits 10 minutes away.
A Saturday arrival clears two deadlines in one afternoon. Reach the field site before 5:00 PM. Reach 555 Evergreen Street before 7:00 PM.
The venue publishes a construction and roadwork advisory for its own access. It asks visitors to map the route in advance and allow extra time.
The host hotel and the room side
RISE names the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown at 555 Evergreen Street as the tournament host hotel. Check-in and the officials meeting both run there, which removes a transfer from the Saturday plan.
RISE publishes the rate at $150 per night plus taxes and fees. Breakfast is included. Parking is valet only, at $20 per night.
Two deadlines apply to the room side. RISE asks for rooming lists by September 30. Move United asks for the tournament roster, which carries each team's travel plans, by close of business Wednesday, October 14.
A squad of 12 to 15 people books six to eight rooms a night at double occupancy. bookMyTeam's FAQ puts most hotel group rates at 10 or more rooms per night, with some hotels discounting from five rooms by season and availability. Ask which rule applies before the roster goes in.

The return leg
Monday play ends at 4:00 PM. RISE publishes a field breakdown that runs after the final game and clears the building by 8:00 PM. That page publishes no move-out window for teams.
Count the sequence in order. The finish, the load, the seven miles to Love Field, the roadwork and the security line. An evening departure from 6:30 PM onward holds that sequence. A Tuesday morning departure adds one room night.
Price the extra night against a missed flight before choosing.
Parking at the field site
The venue garage at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street charges $20 per day per entry. Lot C at 502 South Lamar Street charges $17 and holds 170 spots. Both run first-come, first-served. A team vehicle that leaves the garage mid-day pays again on return.
The host hotel runs valet parking only at $20 per night. A team that drives to Dallas pays the hotel rate at 555 Evergreen Street and the venue rate at the hall.
Gaps to put in writing to the organiser
Move United prints the championship as Winner Game 10 against Winner Game 10. The same game number appears twice. Ask which semi-final feeds the final.
Game 13 pairs Pool A re-seed #3 with Pool B re-seed #3, and Game 10 already used Pool A re-seed #3. Ask for the corrected bracket.
Neither page publishes a room rate beyond the $150 figure, a parking rate for equipment vehicles, or a team move-out window. Send those three questions with the roster.
