Five days on the Dallas floor
HYROX Dallas runs 18 to 22 November 2026 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S Griffin Street. The organiser lists Halls B and C. The venue listing adds Exhibit Halls A, B and C, the C Ballroom, meeting rooms C1 to C4 and C100. The organiser attributes the five-day run to demand from the Dallas community.
Friday, when doubles and relays share the building
The organiser marks the schedule provisional. Friday, 20 November runs in this order: men's and adaptive men's singles 8:00 to 9:00, Pro Men 9:40 to 11:30, Pro Women 12:10 to 13:30, men's doubles 14:00 to 15:00, women's doubles 15:40 to 16:10, women's and adaptive women's singles 16:20 to 17:10, mixed doubles 17:50 to 19:00, men's relay 19:40 to 19:50, mixed relay 20:00 to 20:10, women's relay 20:20 to 20:30.
A gym sending doubles pairs works inside 14:00 to 16:10. A gym sending relay teams races from 19:40 and finishes by 20:30. One coach and one set of room nights covers both when the doubles squad stays for the relays.
Doubles run on the other four days as well. Wednesday and Thursday carry men's, women's and mixed doubles. Saturday runs mixed doubles and both Pro Doubles divisions. Sunday runs women's doubles, women's singles and men's doubles. A gym with several pairings can spread them across the week.
Check-in, ID, and the start-time rule
On-site registration opens 90 minutes before the first start wave of a division. An athlete registers from 90 minutes before their own assigned start. Photo ID is mandatory, and the organiser does not allow check-in on another person's behalf. Individual start times are linked about three days before the event, and start-time changes are not permitted.
The travel plan holds the window the schedule prints. The flight and the room nights belong to the division, and to the day that division races.
Five nights in one request
Five days of racing becomes four or five nights for a squad, and the block covers the night before the first start. One request carries the whole window.
The bookMyTeam RFP form takes the dates, the king and double room counts, a target nightly rate and a group type, then sends the request to 50+ hotels in the destination. Offers arrive in 24 to 72 hours. The request costs nothing to submit, and the team pays the hotel directly at the quoted rate. bookMyTeam defines a group rate as a negotiated block of 10+ rooms and publishes a typical band of 15-40% below the Best Available Rate.
Two questions belong in the request. Ask whether the rate includes breakfast and whether the property charges for parking. The sports team page lists group breakfast deals and bus parking as items hotels quote on.
Two directory properties to price
Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center sits at 1949 North Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX 75207. The bookMyTeam card carries three stars and a 2.1-mile straight-line distance from 650 South Griffin Street. Element Dallas Downtown East sits on Gaston Avenue, 1.9 miles straight-line from the same pin. Neither card prints a nightly rate.
Enter each property in the group rate calculator with the online rate you find for the five nights. The calculator applies a group discount to each property and shows the saving beside the rate. Its default discount is 10%, and its own note reads that bookMyTeam regularly secures 15-30% off standard rates.
Ten rooms for five nights is 50 room-nights. That count, multiplied by the nightly rate, is the figure the hotel answers against.
Protect the roster while it moves
HYROX sells two flex add-ons, and both must be bought with the ticket. Lite Flex allows one name change per ticket until 7:59 AM on the day before the race, with no refund. Flex adds a full refund until 7:59 AM 31 days before race day and a half refund until 7:59 AM seven days before. Refunds exclude the Flex and service fees. A ticket bought without an add-on carries no name change and no refund, and HYROX states no event transfers or division changes for 2026/27.
For a gym that registers pairs early, Flex turns a roster change into a name change or a refund. Price it into the entry fee before anyone pays.
Volunteers and the group angle
Volunteers who complete a shift earn Reward Points, which redeem for tickets with pre-sale access, merchandise and other items. The event page invites nonprofits, student organisations and athletic programmes to ask about fundraising and service hours. A gym can staff a station shift with members who are not racing.
The booking order
Fix the division first. The division sets the day, and the day sets the nights. Then request rooms against that window, then buy entries with the flex option the roster can carry. A group that books rooms before it knows its race day pays for nights it does not use.
