The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas runs Dealer Week at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St, from 6 to 9 December 2026. A manufacturer can hold its own dealer meeting inside that conference. The organiser sells the package for a dealer group of 10 to 300 people.
A sales team books one arrival: Sunday 6 December. Registration opens at 12pm that day. The welcome reception runs 5pm to 7pm outside on the Riverwalk. Three nights carry the team through the Wednesday close.
What the organiser sells a manufacturer
MRAA lists four components on its dealer meeting page. Dealers choose from 12 or more classes. The education splits across leadership, sales and marketing, and service and parts. An opening and a closing keynote bracket the week. Dealer-to-dealer peer learning runs throughout.
The package includes meeting space for your own pre-conference presentations. MRAA publishes two recommended formats, a full meeting and a sales meeting, and sizes the option for small, medium or large events.
Sunday is the working day before the floor opens
Two workshops run Sunday afternoon. "From Reactive to Ready: 7 Top Tips for a Proactive Profitable Shop" runs 12:45pm to 3:45pm. The Sales Bootcamp runs 1pm to 4pm. Both require registration.
First-time attendee orientation runs 4pm to 5pm. The Women in Marine networking event fills the same hour.
The expo hall opens to exhibitors at 8am on Monday, and the opening ceremony and keynote run 8:30am to 10am.
The Wednesday close sets the flight
The last education block runs 8:30am to 10am on Wednesday. The final expo hour runs 10am to 11am. The closing keynote runs 11:15am to 12:30pm.
MRAA's travel page states that Dealer Week ends at 12:30pm on Wednesday 9 December and asks attendees to book a late afternoon departure. The same page puts Tampa International Airport about 15 minutes from downtown.
A departure at 4pm or later keeps the whole closing morning. A midday flight costs the keynote.
The city record runs a day shorter
The City of Tampa lists the event from Monday 7 December at 7am to Wednesday 9 December at 2pm. MRAA prints 6 to 9 December and schedules registration, both workshops and the welcome reception on the Sunday. Build the trip on the organiser's calendar. The city also marks the event as open to the public, and MRAA runs Dealer Week as a closed B2B event.
What a seat costs
MRAA publishes four registration options against member and non-member columns, each with three price tiers. Standard pricing runs from 1 October to 5 December, and on-site pricing starts after that date.
A member pays $799 standard for in-person access and $849 on site. The All Access pass, which adds the pre-conference workshop and Dealer Week Online, runs $999 standard and $1,099 on site. The pre-conference workshop alone is $250 for a member. A non-member pays $1,349 standard for in-person access, and $1,699 on site for All Access.
Eight seats on the member in-person rate come to $6,392. The same eight on All Access come to $7,992.
Where the team sleeps
MRAA states that all partner hotels sit within easy walking distance of the convention center, and that no rental car is needed.
The booking page carries four official hotels for the event dates. Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside holds 309 rooms at $259 a night. Hilton Tampa Downtown holds 520 rooms at $245. Tampa Marriott Water Street holds 727 rooms at $375. Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center holds 360 rooms with no availability for 6 to 9 December.
Three nights across eight rooms is 24 room-nights. At the Hilton rate that comes to $5,880 before tax. At the Marriott rate it comes to $9,000.
Parking at the venue
The Tampa Convention Center garage at 141 E Brorein Street publishes a non-event rate of $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum, and an event rate of $5 to $50 a day.
Guest rules and cancellation
Dealer Week runs as a closed B2B event, so a spouse or partner needs a conference registration. Guest passes for the welcome reception and the industry celebration sell at the registration desk for $75 per event. Guests do not enter the expo hall during the Monday and Tuesday networking receptions.
Registration cancellations close on 30 September. A cancellation received by that date returns the fee less a $150 processing charge. MRAA offers no rainchecks and no refunds for no-shows.
Four numbers to request
Four numbers sit on no published page. The nightly rate for the dealer-meeting segment beyond the block, the meeting-room charge for a dealer session, the price of the dealer-meeting package, and the deposit schedule.
bookMyTeam publishes its own figures: 50 or more hotels approached per destination, 15 to 40 percent off rack rates, no fee, and 103,857 hotels across 46 states. Fix the Sunday 6 December arrival and the Wednesday 9 December departure, then put the room block and the meeting-room question to MRAA's business development desk.
