One Building for Three Days
DRCA D.R.I.V.E.N runs Wednesday 10 February to Friday 12 February 2027 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 South Franklin Street. The City of Tampa calendar books the building from 6 p.m. on the Wednesday to noon on the Friday. The organiser opens its own desk at 10:00 on the Wednesday.
The city places the programme in Ballroom C-D and Meeting Rooms 122 to 125. The card marks the booking as requiring registration.
A team that lands Wednesday morning reaches the desk when it opens and holds rooms for two nights.
Three Delegates, Three Rooms at a Time
Six breakout blocks run across Rooms 122, 123, 124 and 125. Each block carries three concurrent sessions, and Room 125 takes the panel slots.
The programme covers procurement practice, staff augmentation, debarment, supply chain risk, AI innovation, the FEMA and GSA acquisition update, SBA access, RFP building and disaster economics. A team of three covers three rooms in every block and regroups at the next break.
Wednesday carries registration and setup from 10:00, the membership meeting at 14:00 and the exhibit hall from 17:00. Thursday runs breakfast at 08:00, the general session at 09:00, the keynote at 09:15, four blocks after the 10:05 break and lunch at 12:30. Friday runs awards at 08:50 and two blocks before a 12:15 farewell.
The Room Line
The organiser's travel page embeds a booking widget headed "Recommended Hotels Close to Tampa Convention Center". It publishes fifteen cards across fourteen properties. Aloft by Marriott Tampa Downtown appears twice, both cards at 0.5 miles.
Rates render for the default stay, 10 February in and 12 February out, one room and one guest. Three properties sit 0.1 miles out. Tampa Marriott Water Street runs $522 to $539 a night. Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center runs $552 to $553 and connects to the building by sky bridge. JW Marriott Tampa Water Street runs $693 to $705.
The Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside is $639 at 0.2 miles. The Tampa EDITION is $852 to $865 at 0.4 miles. Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown is $361 to $413 at 0.8 miles. The Barrymore Hotel Tampa Riverwalk is $384 to $391 at 1.0 mile.
Westshore runs cheaper. The Westshore Grand is $174 to $189 at 4.2 miles, Hotel Alba Tampa is $232 to $278 at 4.7 miles, and Hyatt House Tampa Airport / Westshore is $363 at 4.8 miles.
Hilton Tampa Downtown at 0.4 miles returns "No rooms available for these dates" for the same search.
Three rooms for two nights come to $3,132 at the Marriott Water Street card, $4,158 at the JW Marriott card and $1,044 at the Westshore Grand card.
Parking for the Van
The Convention Center garage at 141 E. Brorein Street holds 454 spaces, 11 ADA spaces and 2 chargers. The event rate runs $5.00 to $50.00, and the non-event rate runs $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum. Clearance is 6 feet 6 inches, and the garage carries no long-term parking.
Fort Brooke at 107 N. Franklin Street holds 556 hourly spaces with 6 feet 8 inches of clearance. Pam Iorio at 301 Channelside Drive holds 790 spaces, 41 of them ADA, and 2 chargers. Both allow overnight parking until 6:00 a.m.
Two nights at the $18 maximum comes to $36 a vehicle. Two nights at the top of the event band comes to $100.
Front Drive at 333 S. Franklin Street holds 36 metered spaces at $4 an hour, open 8:00 a.m. to midnight, with no overnight parking.
The Team Pays the Hotel Directly
bookMyTeam publishes a seller-of-travel notice dated 21 October 2026. The notice states that requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington cannot be processed. It names the restriction across grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com.
A Tampa block therefore goes to the property. Ask each shortlisted hotel for a written rate covering 10 to 12 February and for its cancellation date. Three rooms give a front desk enough volume to quote.
Two nights keep the team inside the walk. A hotel on the 0.1-mile row removes the garage from the plan.
