The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum runs Wednesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 5, 2026, at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street, Miami, FL 33127. The organiser's FAQ puts doors at 10 AM and the close at 5 PM on both days.

The event website counts 6,000+ professionals and an expo floor with more than 100 exhibitors and sponsors. The schedule runs a main stage, an Innovation Stage and an expo floor that opens at 10 AM and closes at 5 PM.

What Five Passes Cost

General Admission runs $275 at regular pricing, which the registration page dates September 23 to November 3. The on-site price on November 4 and 5 is $300. Early bird at $250 closed on September 22.

Five passes at $275 come to $1,375. Five at the on-site price come to $1,500. Buying before November 3 saves $125 for the party.

The group rate is $200 a pass, and it opens at 10 or more General Admission registrations placed at the same time. A five-person team sits below that floor and pays the individual rate.

The Subscriber pass at $100 needs an active annual subscription that runs to November 5 or later. The Real Deal states it cancels and refunds passes that fail the check.

The Badge Rule Covers Everyone

The badge policy applies to all attendees, including guests, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, media and volunteers. Every person on the floor carries a valid badge and wears it visibly. Security may deny entry without one.

A lost badge goes to the badge registration desk for a replacement, and the organiser may charge a fee. A team of five registers five names before the trip and collects five badges on day one.

Attendance credentials carry no right to solicit business. The organiser's suitcasing rule bars commercial solicitation, promotional collateral and hired talent for brand promotion inside event spaces, and it allows removal without refund.

The Day 2 Single and the Online Door

The FAQ states a one-day pass exists for Day 2 only. The registration page prices both-day passes and publishes no figure for the single day, so the box office sets that number.

On-site registration runs on both days. Every on-site ticket must be bought online through the registration site, and the price rises at the door.

The Room Block and the Two Nights

The travel page names four hotels with a dedicated block: AC Hotel Miami Brickell, Moxy Miami Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. The page places the set within a 15-minute drive of Mana Wynwood.

No nightly rate appears on the event site or on the booking links. Price the room against the countywide Miami-Dade average daily rate of $261.54 for the year to date through August 2026, published by the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau from STR data. Treat $261.54 as a planning figure and let the returned quotes replace it.

Five people in three rooms for two nights come to $1,569.24, or $313.85 a person. The two nights are Tuesday, November 3 and Wednesday, November 4, with a Thursday checkout after the 5 PM close.

Two of the four blocks sit close. Arlo Wynwood is 0.55 miles and about two minutes from the hall by road. Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay is 1.61 miles and about five minutes.

Park Off Site and Ride In

The FAQ confirms a parking lot and street parking at Mana Wynwood. It adds that the lot fills quickly and recommends a rideshare service. A five-person team fits one vehicle, so one ride in and one ride out covers each day.

Miami International Airport sits 9.4 miles and about 22 minutes from the venue by road. The travel page lists United and Delta discounts through MIA, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach.

The Cancellation Clock

The refund terms run three bands. At 28 or more days out, a cancellation returns the fee less a 10 per cent administration charge. Between 14 and 28 days, the organiser retains 50 per cent of the fee as an administration charge. At 14 days or less, the full fee stays payable.

On October 18 the event sits 17 days out, which places a cancellation in the middle band. The band changes as the date approaches.

The Total for Five

Five General Admission passes at $275 plus three rooms for two nights at the planning rate come to $2,944.24. That is $588.85 a person.

Five passes at the $300 on-site price lift the total to $3,069.24, or $613.85 a person. The Power Breakfast add-on runs $100 a head and the Top Agents and Brokerages Reception runs $75 a head, so a five-person table at both adds $875.

Booking the Three Rooms

Send one request with three rooms, two beds in each, checking in November 3 and out November 5. Ask each property to confirm the cancellation window and the resort fee in writing before the deposit goes down.

bookMyTeam publishes group rates at 10 or more rooms a night, with some hotels discounting from five rooms depending on season and availability. Three rooms sits below the published floor, so the returned quotes decide the price.

Submit the stay on the bookMyTeam RFP form with Conference or Seminar as the group type, and set a target rate in the group rate calculator before the request goes out. One request reaches 50+ hotels in Miami, answers arrive in 24 to 72 hours, and bookMyTeam charges the group no fee.

What to Settle Before the Trip

Register five names before November 3 to hold the $275 rate. Claim the badges at the desk on the Wednesday morning. Nominate one person to order the rideshare each day, and fix the meeting point inside the hall for the 5 PM close.
