San Francisco Fleet Week 2026 runs 4-12 October. The association that produces it calls the week California’s largest annual civic event. For a corporate group, the anchor is the air show: Friday 9, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October, 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM each day at Marina Green, staged between the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz.

Free general admission, paid chalet access

The association publishes one admission line for the show floor. General Admission is free. Waterfront hospitality runs through the Air Show Network VIP Experience, and the association routes every sponsorship, exhibitor and corporate chalet enquiry to info@airshownetwork.com. The Air Show Network produces the air show for the association.

The chalet sponsor wall names the companies that already hold space over Marina Green: RSM, CIBC, Vets in Tech, United, FCIB, Andreessen-Horowitz, Blue Angels, GoVera Nova, Crowdstrike, Jefferies, KPIX, Together AI and Serval. The air show page carries an Air Show Tickets button that points to the ticketing host event.attendstar.com. The association publishes no chalet price, seat count or per-person figure, so a corporate buyer takes that question to the Air Show Network address.

The three-day clock

Friday opens with the Parade of Ships from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM along the San Francisco waterfront. The association calls it the largest Parade of Ships on the West Coast. It runs from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Bay Bridge, and the air show starts an hour after it ends.

Saturday adds Fleet Fest at Fisherman’s Wharf from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the SkyStar Wheel, the Service & Safety Expo presented by PG&E at Pier 27 over the same hours, and ship tours at Piers 27 and 35 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Sunday repeats Fleet Fest from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the ship tours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The association publishes a band schedule across the city alongside the show. Friday alone lists the 1st Marine Division Brass Band at Patricia’s Green in Hayes Valley at noon, the Navy Band SW Brass Band at the Golden Gate Park Band Shell at noon, and the USAF Band of Golden West at Crab Wheel Plaza at noon.

The 2026 lineup

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels headline. The United Airlines 777 flies a fully choreographed demonstration, the only commercial airliner display of its kind in the United States according to the association. The card also carries the U.S.A.F. F-22 Raptor Demo Team, the U.S. Air Force Heritage Flight, the U.S.M.C. F-35B Demo Team, The Patriots Jet Team, the U.S. Coast Guard C-27 and HH-65, Ace Maker T-33, Randy Howell and Cory Lovell Formation Aerobatics, the U.S. Navy E-6B Mercury, the U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules, U.S. Air Force U2 and C-5 flyovers, and the U.S.A.F. T-6 Texan IIs.

Two named properties, no published block

The association’s Where to Stay page names exactly two hotels. The Axiom Hotel sits in Union Square within steps of the SoMa district and publishes a special discount for Fleet Week attendees. The association’s own booking control carries the promo parameter GOV and hotel identifier 66053. Hotel Caza sits at Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach and the Embarcadero.

Neither property publishes a room block, a nightly rate, a room count or a cut-off date. bookMyTeam lists 562 hotels available in San Francisco, and one request reaches 50+ hotels per destination. Hotels respond in 24-72 hours. Most properties set group rates at 10 or more rooms per night, and some discount from as few as five rooms. Group rates run 15-40% below the rack rate. Submitting the request costs $0.

Room-night math for a Friday arrival

A group that arrives Friday 9 October and checks out Sunday 11 October books two nights. Four people in two double rooms hold two rooms for two nights, which is four room nights. Twelve people in six double rooms hold six rooms for two nights, twelve room nights. Twenty people in ten double rooms hold ten rooms for two nights, twenty room nights.

A Thursday 8 October arrival adds a third night and puts the group in place for the Friday Parade of Ships. A checkout on Monday 12 October holds the Sunday night and covers the Monday ship tours at Pier 35 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Moving the group to the waterfront

The association asks visitors to ride public transportation and states that parking and traffic run congested during Fleet Week. Its transportation page names one group route: a San Francisco charter bus booked through CharterUP, with Bay Area service from San Jose and Santa Rosa. The association publishes no Fleet Week shuttle and no departure window. Parking runs through SpotHero on the association’s parking page, which publishes a reservation recommendation and no event rate.

What gates a group onto the ships

Ship tours are free and run on a first-come, first-served basis. Every visitor over 18 needs a valid government-issued photo ID. Anyone 17 and under needs an adult alongside. Bags are capped at 12 x 6 x 12 inches and small clutches or purses at 5 x 7. No holding area exists for personal items. Open-toe shoes and high heels are barred on the ships. Food, drinks, coolers, liquids, pets, strollers, glass containers, tripods and drones are prohibited on the pier. Steep ladders and uneven decks make the tours a poor fit for some visitors, and the association runs an alternative experience on the pier.

Building the request

A workable corporate package holds two or three nights in San Francisco across the 9-11 October air show. A Friday arrival lands inside the Parade of Ships window. A group can open its room request on the bookMyTeam RFP form with Corporate Event as the group type. The group rate calculator prices a block before the request goes out, and the San Francisco directory lists the 562 available properties. The chalet question goes to info@airshownetwork.com.
