The day shape
The Portland Spring Home & Garden Show runs February 25 to 28, 2027 at the Portland Expo Center. Thursday February 25 and Sunday February 28 bookend the run.
The organiser's hours page carries four dated rows from the 2026 run. Thursday February 26 runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday February 27 runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday February 28 runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday March 1 runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Expo Center's own page for the show carries the same grid in Halls D and E. The 2027 hours arrive with the show's next publication, and those four rows set the planning pattern.
Thursday to Saturday give nine hours on the floor. Sunday gives seven.
Four people, one vehicle
The Expo Center publishes the gate ladder on its page for the show. General admission costs $17 a day with fees included, seniors 60 and older pay $15, children 12 and under enter free, and a two-day ticket costs $28. The box office opens one hour before doors and accepts cash and all major credit cards.
Four adults on a Sunday pay $68 at the gate. One vehicle adds $15 and puts the day at $83. A second vehicle makes it $98.
The venue sells a Parking and Ticket Bundle at $30 for two tickets and parking, and prints the saving as $15. Two single-day tickets price at $34 and one parking entry at $15.
The venue's page for this show carries the 2026 ladder. Treat these figures as the last published cycle until the 2027 prices appear.
The lot and the rail fare
Parking runs $15 per car per entry, and prices move at special events. The lots take cash and major credit cards. Accessible spaces sit close to the building entrances and need a valid DMV disability placard. Curbside drop-off zones sit in front of each building, so a van empties the crew at the door and one driver parks.
The MAX Yellow Line stops at the Expo Center station east of the halls. The walk in crosses the Expo parking lots west under a covered walkway, and the ride from downtown Portland runs about 30 minutes. Bike racks sit next to the MAX stop and outside Halls D and E.
TriMet charges an adult $2.80 for 2-1/2 hours and stops charging at $5.60 in a day. Youth riders aged 7 to 17 pay $1.40 and cap at $2.80. Children 6 and under ride free with a paying passenger.
Four adults on rail cap at $22.40 for the day. Two vehicles cost $30 to park, and the standard rate carries no in-and-out privilege.
Getting there and staying
From Interstate 5 northbound, take exit 306B for Marine Drive West. From Interstate 5 southbound, take exit 307 for Marine Drive and follow the signs. The venue phone line is 503-736-5200.
bookMyTeam holds group rates at 10 or more rooms per night and adds that some hotels discount from five rooms depending on season and availability. The platform publishes a 15-40% band below rack rates, a $0 markup and a 24-72 hour response window. Its Portland directory lists 278 hotels. Four rooms for one night sits under the published block threshold, and the RFP route carries an overnight crew of five rooms or more.
Book the day
Set the day shape from the published grid, count the vehicles against the $15 entry and the TriMet day cap, then send the room dates through the RFP form. The group rate calculator gives a first room figure, and the Portland directory lists the properties that respond.
