A Three-Person Booth Team in Tampa: Passes, Parking and the Room

Three days, one pass, three people

Hack Your Health 2026 runs Friday, November 13 through Sunday, November 15 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St. The City of Tampa lists the show in Ballroom A-D and the meeting rooms, with doors at 7 a.m. Friday and a close at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Q1 Productions runs the show from St. Petersburg and has staged it since 2017 under its former name, KetoCon.

A booth team of three needs passes, a room and a place to park.

The pass costs $397 in advance

The 3 Day Core Access Pass sells for $397. The organiser lists a $597 door price and a $200 saving. The pass covers all three days, general seating at keynotes, breakout and workshop seats, the expo hall, on-demand replays and a tote bag.

The single-day Core Pass costs $197 and admits one person to one chosen day. Replays, swag and the VIP items sit outside that tier.

The VIP Experience Pass costs $1,197 across three days and is limited to 100 people. It adds front-row seating, fast-track check-in, the VIP lounge, evening events and parking at the convention center.

Three Core passes cost $1,191. Three single-day passes cost $591 and cover one day of the three.

Two nights, not three

Doors open at 7 a.m. Friday and the hall closes at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. A booth team that works the full show needs Friday and Saturday nights plus a Sunday evening flight.

The room is the one line the organiser does not publish a live rate for. The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa at 513 S Florida Ave, connected to the convention center by sky bridge. The organiser prices that block at $239 a night with no code required and marks it sold out. Two nights at that rate total $478.

The organiser lists nine hotels within a mile and publishes no rate for any of them. The list runs Tampa Marriott Water Street at about 0.2 miles, JW Marriott Tampa Water Street at about 0.2, Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside at about 0.3 and Hilton Tampa Downtown at about 0.3, then Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Aloft and ROOST Tampa at about 0.4 each, with Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown at about 0.7. The convention center's own nearby-hotel list puts Hilton Tampa Downtown at 0.5 miles.

Parking runs on two published rates

The Tampa Convention Center Garage sits at 141 E Brorein St. Pam Iorio at 301 Channelside Dr and Fort Brooke at 107 N Franklin St stand within walking distance. The organiser states that rates vary by event and that pre-paid parking is not available.

The city publishes a flat event rate of $5.00 to $50.00 at the Convention Center garage, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke, the Selmon Expressway West lot, William F. Poe and Twiggs Street.

The city also publishes a non-event rate of $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum at the Convention Center, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke and Poe. Twiggs and the Selmon West lot run $2 an hour with a $14 maximum.

Three show days at the $18 maximum total $54 for one vehicle. The event rate replaces that figure on arrival, and the city sets it.

Three people inside one booth tier

The organiser publishes four sponsor tiers with a staff-pass count on each. Bronze carries a 10 by 10 booth and 4 staff passes. Silver carries a 10 by 10 booth and 8 staff passes. Gold carries a 10 by 20 booth and 10 staff passes. Platinum carries a 20 by 20 booth and 15 staff passes, plus four VIP tickets.

Three staff fit inside the Bronze allowance with one pass spare. The packages page lists inclusions and no price, so the booth line goes to the organiser as a quote request.

The three-person cost

Three Core passes at $397 total $1,191. Three show days of parking at the $18 non-event maximum total $54. The two lines come to $1,245, or $415 per head, before the room, travel, food and the booth package.

Two nights at the published $239 host rate total $478 and lift the figure to $1,723. The block is sold out, so a bookable room prices at the market.

A three-day VIP route for three people totals $3,591 at $1,197 a pass. The VIP pass carries parking at the convention center, so the parking line drops out and the route leaves $3,537.

A single-day route at $197 a pass totals $591 for the team and covers one day of the three.

What the floor returns

The organiser counts 2,000 or more attendees, 80 or more brands, 60 or more speakers and 10 movement classes. The City of Tampa listing describes an expo hall of more than 100 exhibitors.

Four questions for the organiser

The booth price comes first. The packages page lists inclusions and no figure, so a budget needs a written quote for the Bronze tier.

The staff-pass transfer rule is unpublished. The page states counts and does not state whether a pass moves between named staff across the three days.

The exhibitor move-in and move-out window is unpublished. The event page carries public doors and nothing on freight access, so a 3:30 p.m. Sunday close leaves the teardown night outside any hotel budget.

Exhibitor parking is unpriced. The VIP pass carries parking at the convention center and the sponsor tiers do not mention it, so the city's $18 maximum stays the working figure for a booth crew.
