A company that wants its team in that lineup starts with the krewe office, because the site publishes no entry form.

The krewe's events calendar carries the 2027 entry for Saturday, 13 February, 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The page's structured event data carries the same window, 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., on the Tampa clock. The homepage card gives the date and Ybor City with no clock. The parade page prints February 14th, 2026, and states that the parade begins around 7 p.m. on Seventh Avenue.
That parade page still names the 2026 Grand Marshal, Carlos Fuente Jr., chairman of Arturo Fuente Cigars. The 2026 marshal and the 2026 date belong to last year's parade. The 2027 calendar date is the one to book against, and the krewe office should confirm which published clock covers the team's call time.
How a corporate unit gets into the parade

The krewe lists a new-member orientation among its functions. Entering a unit and joining the krewe are two separate asks, so put both in the same message.

Ask for the entry deadline and the date the krewe confirms the lineup. Ask for the unit's staging area and call time. Ask how many people the unit may carry and how many may walk. What the lineup is
The krewe describes illuminated floats, marching bands, dance troupes in costume, and beads and trinkets thrown to the crowd. Spectators and families line Seventh Avenue through Ybor City. The 100-plus organisations include local government officials and dignitaries, and many of Tampa Bay's krewes. The krewe states it has hosted the parade every year since 1974.
The site publishes no route map, no route length, no street closure list and no coach drop point for 2027. A team that needs a bus bay and a walking distance gets those two numbers from the krewe office and the City of Tampa.

The krewe publishes no hotel partner and no rate for parade weekend. A Ybor City or downtown Tampa block goes to property sales offices directly. Ask each property for the group rate, the cut-off date and the minimum stay in writing, and ask how many rooms release without penalty.
