Ten Seats, One Number

Ten seats at Keller Auditorium for the Oregon Lunar New Year Celebration cost $629.40. Portland'5 lists the starting price at $62.94 a seat and states that the price includes all fees. The Chinese Friendship Association of Portland presents the show on Saturday, February 6, 2027, at 7:30 p.m.

A twelve-person roster at the same price comes to $755.28. Prices are subject to change.

The Ten-Ticket Limit

Portland'5 publishes a 10-ticket limit for this event. A team of ten buys in a single order. An eleven- or twelve-person roster splits across two orders, and the second order runs at the price that is live when it is placed.

Seating is reserved, so each seat is fixed at the moment of purchase. Everyone over age 1 needs a ticket. The venue lists the show as all ages welcome.

Bring a Card for the Lobby

Portland'5 runs cashless food and beverage across its venues. Lobby concessions accept credit cards, debit cards and contactless payment. Free cash-to-card machines, called reverse ATMs, sit in the lobby for anyone who arrives with bills.

Concessions carry snacks, soft drinks and alcohol, and the venue takes pre-orders for intermission. Outside food and drink stay outside.

Point everyone at the cash-to-card machine before doors, or hold one card for the team's drinks.

Doors at 6:30 p.m.

Doors open one hour before the 7:30 p.m. start. That hour covers security and the walk to your row. Portland'5 uses a walk-through screening system, so nobody empties pockets or opens bags. Anyone carrying a medical device can ask for alternate screening.

Late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby or at the back until ushers find a break in the performance.

Eat first. The venue keeps a restaurant list for the Keller, and several entries carry Clay Street and 3rd Avenue addresses: August Moon Chinese Restaurant at 116 SW Clay, Morton's The Steakhouse at 213 SW Clay, PLS On Sixth inside Hotel Zags at 515 SW Clay, Huber's at 411 SW 3rd Ave, Murata at 200 SW Market St, and Oishii Mika Sushi at 1425 SW 2nd Ave. The Tavern at the Heathman Hotel, 1001 SW Broadway, is the venue's restaurant partner.

Reaching 3rd and Clay

Keller Auditorium sits at 222 SW Clay St, Portland, OR 97201, on the corner of 3rd and Clay. Street parking is metered and paid until 7:00 p.m. Pay surface lots and Smart Park garages serve the surrounding blocks. The venue's parking page publishes no rate for either.

TriMet buses run northbound on 6th Avenue and southbound on 5th Avenue through the transit mall. Ask the driver for the stop nearest SW Clay St, then walk east on Clay to 3rd Avenue.

Fares run $2.80 for an adult 2½-hour ticket, with a $5.60 daily cap and a $100 monthly cap. Youth and Honored Citizen fares cap at $2.80 a day. Riders can tap a phone or a contactless card at the green reader.

Ten adults riding both ways stay under $56.00 for the day at the cap. Ten youth riders stay under $28.00.

Turning the Night into an Overnight

Teams travelling in can price rooms through the bookMyTeam Portland directory, which lists 278 hotels. One request goes to 50 or more hotels in the city, and hotels respond with group rates inside 24 to 72 hours.

Group rates apply to blocks of 10 or more rooms. bookMyTeam publishes a 15-40% band below rack rates, charges no fee, and the team pays the hotel directly. The group rate calculator gives an estimate before a request for proposal goes out.

What to Fix Now

The program is unpublished. The event page reads “Details to be announced soon,” so the planning inputs are the date, the price and the venue.

Tickets carry no refunds and no exchanges. Settle the ten names before the order goes in. The Portland'5 Box Office also sells seats for this show.
