What the week asks of a team
Miami Art Week 2026 runs from November 29 to December 6. The schedule on miamiartweek.org lists 18 fairs and a set of featured events. Three of those featured events take a team to three municipalities inside the week.
Thursday, December 3: Coral Gables
Art Coral Gables, presented by PNC Bank, opens the Miami Art Week Panel Discussion Series with Session 1 at Coral Gables Art Cinema, 260 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables 33134. The published window is 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The organiser prints the date, the address and the window, then adds that details will follow. The events page carries no session grid, no ticket price and no capacity figure. Put the timetable question to the organiser before the travel booking closes.

Saturday, December 5: Biscayne Boulevard, then Washington Avenue
The ARTWEEK Miami Media Festival runs at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science Planetarium, 1101 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami 33132, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The page marks the window tentative. The afternoon carries Session 2 of the panel series, screenings, and awards for the Miami Media Festival short and micro-short competition and for the photoMIAMI photography competition.
The same festival continues at O Cinema South Beach, 1130 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach 33139, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., also marked tentative. The programme covers short films, micro-shorts, AI-assisted films, XR and immersive media.
The two Saturday venues sit 4.6 miles and 10 minutes apart on an OSRM driving route. The gap between the 4 p.m. close and the 6 p.m. start holds the drive and a meal.
Pick the base on the latest finish
Coral Gables Art Cinema to the Frost Planetarium is 7.3 miles and 14 minutes by road. The Frost Planetarium to O Cinema South Beach is 4.6 miles and 10 minutes. Coral Gables to O Cinema is 11.6 miles and 22 minutes.
A Biscayne Boulevard base keeps both evening runs short. It puts the team 14 minutes from the Thursday panel and 10 minutes from the Saturday cinema. A Miami Beach base sits at the cinema and runs 22 minutes to Coral Gables. A Coral Gables base puts the panel at the door and the two Saturday venues across the bay.
Two of the three events finish at 9 p.m., and they finish in different municipalities. One base for all three nights means one check-in and one bag move.
Rooms for a team

Book a rate with a printed cancellation deadline. The two Saturday windows are still tentative, and the Thursday panel has no clock beyond its 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. envelope.
The Florida restriction
bookmyteam.org/seller-of-travel, last updated October 18, 2026, states that it cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida until its Florida Seller of Travel registration is obtained. The page names Hawaii, Iowa and Washington on the same list, cites Chapter 559 of the Florida Statutes, and routes questions to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
A Miami block goes to the property directly until that registration appears.
