A two-day show across three buildings
Florida Gun Shows runs its Miami event on November 7 and 8, 2026 at the Miami-Dade Fairgrounds & Exposition, 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami, FL 33165. The venue calendar lists the show in Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum and the Fair Expo Grille. The promoter's show-location table puts Miami at 500 tables, against 800 at Tampa, 700 at Orlando, 500 at Fort Myers and 400 at Palmetto.
Arnold Hall measures 77,940 square feet with an approximate capacity of 7,460 and ceiling clearance of 20 to 26 feet, per the venue's building specification. The hall carries a show office, an in-house restaurant and dining area, a meeting room and public restrooms. Reilly Coliseum sits in the same block and runs as a separate area or as one integrated floor.
What two tables cost
Tables measure the standard 8 feet. An aisle table lists at $130 and a wall table at $140, and the promoter does not guarantee a wall position. Two aisle tables total $260. Two wall tables total $280. Three tables run $390 in the aisle and $420 on a wall.
The promoter limits exhibits to gun and knife merchandise. Food, jewellery and flea-market goods are excluded. Gun dealers need a Federal Firearms Licence and must comply with current Florida law.
Setup Friday, then a 7 a.m. Saturday
Vendor setup runs 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6. A second window opens Saturday at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 8:30 a.m. Show hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday. The weekend totals 15 hours of floor time.
Badges follow the tables
The promoter issues two badges for the first table and one more for each additional table. Two tables carry three badges. Every badge holder works behind the table for the whole show and wears the badge on the shirt or on a lanyard. Badges cover staff only, and the promoter excludes friends, family and customers.
Every vendor attends both days. Leaving early needs prior notice and consent from show management.
Two tables and three badges set the crew size. Three people, three rooms, two nights.
Two nights and the Sunday 5 p.m. close
Two nights covers the Friday build and both show days. Check in Friday, November 6 and check out Sunday, November 8. The floor closes at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, so a flight before that close costs the crew its last selling day. Book the return for Sunday evening and keep the cases in the vehicle, or add a third night when checkout falls in the morning.
What rooms cost near the fairgrounds
The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau publishes a monthly STR report. Its August 2026 edition gives a Miami-Dade year-to-date average daily rate of $261.54 at 74.2 percent occupancy. The same edition carries eleven regions and does not map the fairgrounds to one of them. South Dade reads $119.21 year to date, Doral $174.46 and Airport $155.63.
Three rooms for two nights cost $715.26 at the South Dade figure, $1,046.76 at the Doral figure and $1,569.24 at the countywide figure. Those three numbers open a rate conversation, and November settles the rate the market charges.
Booking the rooms
bookMyTeam sends one request to 50 or more hotels per destination and returns contract-ready blocks priced 15 to 40 percent below the rack rate, inside a 24 to 72 hour window.
The platform cannot take a request for travel to Florida yet. Its seller-of-travel page, updated October 18, 2026, states that it cannot process requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington until the Florida Seller of Travel registration under Chapter 559 of the Florida Statutes is in place. The page names grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com as covered and routes questions to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
For this trip, call the property direct with three rooms and two nights. Ask for the rate in writing, the cancellation window and the parking charge.
Security, paperwork and the tablecloth list
The promoter provides a 24-hour armed and licensed security force from Friday setup to Sunday evening tear down. No loaded weapon enters the building, personal firearms included. Every firearm gets zip-tied so it cannot fire, magazines come out, and ammunition stays sealed in a box or bag. Loose ammunition is refused and re-manufactured ammunition is barred.
Bring an 8-foot tablecloth for the table and a second cloth to cover merchandise overnight. Keep all merchandise on or below the table. Cheater boards and sublet space are refused.
Cancellations reach the promoter two weeks before the show date with no fee. A cancellation inside two weeks costs 50 percent of the table fees. A cancellation on the Friday or Saturday of the show costs 100 percent. A no-call no-show costs 100 percent and forfeits the rolling deposit.
Gate prices and the drive in
Public admission is $17 and children 12 and under enter free. Tickets sell at the door only and carry a daily rate, so a visitor attending both days pays $34. The concealed-weapon permit course runs 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days, with no pre-registration.
The grounds cover 80 acres with 22 acres of asphalt. Miami International Airport sits 8.7 road miles from 10901 SW 24th Street, about 20 minutes on a free-flow route.
Neither the promoter's exhibitor page nor the venue's November entry publishes a parking charge. The venue lists nearby parking among the Arnold Hall amenities. Confirm the posted charge with the Fair Expo Center on (786) 315-5266 or the promoter on (407) 410-6870. Crew changes route through that promoter line, and the building carries a show office for coordination on site.
