Sounds of Screams runs a Halloween theme park on the Miami-Dade County Youth Fair grounds at 10901 SW 24th St, Miami, FL 33165, next to FIU. The published dates are "Now - November 1st, 2026," and the gate window printed across the site is 7 p.m. to midnight. A team plan can hold that clock.
One ticket covers the whole park
The park publishes a single all-inclusive admission. The Full SoS Experience covers five haunted houses, scare zones, carnival rides, live entertainment and full park access.
Adult general admission is $42.17 on the official booking system, made up of $39.99 plus a $2.18 fee. Child general admission for ages 9 and under is listed at $0.00. The homepage publishes general admission from $44.99, and a Fast Pass at $99 that includes general admission. A season pass sells at $104.27, which is $99.99 plus a $4.28 fee, with blackout dates on October 31 and November 1.
Every sale is final. The park states that it issues no refunds or exchanges for bad weather, long wait times, or a guest who cannot finish an attraction because of fear or discomfort. Each ticket is valid only for the date and time slot chosen at purchase, so a group buys one slot together.
Five houses, and one of them is 18-plus
The five houses are the breached containment lab, the Latin American legends library, Salem 1692 with the Witch House, a Miami photographer's studio occupied by a serial killer, and DEAD END on a wreck-blocked road.
The photographer house trades as SOS HOUSE, and the park labels it an 18+ attraction with graphic, disturbing and mature themes. That line sets the group's routing. A mixed-age team, a department that includes apprentices, or a client entertainment night with under-18 guests needs a plan that sends the 18-plus group through SOS HOUSE while the rest walk the other four.
Circulate the conduct rules before the coach leaves
The park's code of conduct belongs in the pre-trip message. Prohibited items inside the attraction are weapons, lighters, flashlights and recording devices. The park reserves the right to eject any guest who appears intoxicated or displays aggressive behaviour, and it states that the ejection carries no refund.
Nobody touches the actors, props or scenery, and the actors do not touch guests. Entering the park grants Sounds of Screams the right to film, photograph or record a guest's likeness. The park warns off guests with heart conditions, epilepsy, respiratory issues or physical injuries, and guests who are pregnant, because the experience uses intense strobe lights, thick theatrical fog and haze, loud noises and claustrophobic spaces.
The practical reading for an organiser is three instructions in the pre-trip message: what is barred at the gate, how the group behaves, and where everyone meets afterwards.
Pricing the group
The park publishes no group rate, and tickets are sold per person, so the arithmetic is multiplication. Twenty-four adults at $42.17 is $1,012.08. The same twenty-four on the $99 Fast Pass is $2,376. If four of the twenty-four are 9 or under, the paid headcount falls to twenty and the total is $843.40.
The room side sits with the same desk as any other team trip. bookMyTeam publishes 15-40% below rack rates, 50+ hotels per request, responses in 24-72 hours and $0 markup, and the group pays the property directly. Most hotels quote group rates for 10+ rooms per night, and some discount from 5 rooms depending on season and availability. The platform's city list carries Miami at 315 hotels on a 15 October 2026 read. The group rate request goes out before the tickets do.
What the park leaves unpublished
The site carries no night-by-night calendar, so the group cannot confirm from the park which evenings are open through November 1. It publishes no coach parking plan, no bag policy beyond the barred-items list, no group entry desk and no team rate. Each of those belongs in a call to guest services at guestservices@soundsofscreams.com before the coach is booked.
One more number to hold. The park sits on thirteen acres, and the ticket covers the whole of it. A team of twenty-four will not stay together inside a haunted house, which is the argument for a printed route order and a single meeting point at the gate.
