The Fixed Daily Window

NADA Miami runs its 24th edition 1-5 December 2026 at Ice Palace Studios, 1400 North Miami Avenue, Miami. The fair publishes hours by day, and those hours set the hosting schedule for a client team.

A VIP preview runs 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Tuesday 1 December by invitation. The public enters at 4 p.m. and the fair closes at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday run 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday runs 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Last entry falls 15 minutes before closing on every day.

Two Slots a Day

Five public days give a team ten hosting slots at two per day.

Wednesday to Friday each hold an 11 a.m.-3 p.m. slot and a 3-7 p.m. slot. Saturday holds 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 2-6 p.m. Tuesday holds one short window that starts at 4 p.m.

Assign one account lead to each slot. The client walks the floor with someone who knows that section of galleries. The rest of the team works the room or the meetings booked around the fair.

The Pass Arithmetic

NADA publishes four admission products. An Early-Bird single-day ticket costs $45. An Early-Bird multi-day pass costs $65. The Vernissage Pass costs $150. A senior (65+) or student pass costs $35 and sells onsite with proof of identification.

Children 12 and under enter free. The fair asks guests to buy online in advance and keeps a limited quantity for the door.

Ten multi-day passes cost $650, which spreads to $13 per pass per day across the five days. Ten single-day tickets cost $450. Ten Vernissage passes cost $1,500, a gap of $850 against the multi-day total.

NADA states that it offers no discount for group bookings. Large school and museum groups contact the fair by email instead.

Book one entry day for the whole team. The confirmation email carries a View/Change Booking control, and the fair lets a buyer move the entry day before the fair opens, subject to availability.

What the Pass Buys at the Door

Each pass carries a QR code. Staff scan it on arrival and on every re-entry. Every guest books an entry slot, and that includes VIP passholders.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Bag check sits at the information desk with limited space on a first-come basis, and the fair asks visitors to bring minimal belongings. No pets enter, with the exception of service animals. The venue is fully accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.

Getting the Team There

NADA runs a complimentary shuttle to and from the Miami Beach Water Taxi at the Venetian Marina. The fair plans to publish the full Art Week shuttle and water taxi detail closer to opening.

Ice Palace Studios sits 0.52 miles from One Herald Plaza on a straight-line measurement between the two published addresses. Art Miami runs at One Herald Plaza across the same week, so a client team can hold a NADA slot in the morning and an Art Miami hour in the afternoon.

The Room Side

Ice Palace Studios sits north of downtown Miami, and the countywide rate picture is the benchmark for the week. The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau reports a Miami-Dade year-to-date average daily rate of $261.54 through August 2026, against $231.92 for the same months of 2025. The bureau derives the figure from STR data.

Ten rooms for five nights at that benchmark comes to $13,077.00. Your dates, your room mix and your block size will move the figure.

Send one request through the RFP form with the check-in and check-out dates and the king and double room counts. bookMyTeam sends it to 50+ hotels in the destination. Hotels return group rates within 24 to 72 hours, and the platform adds no commission to the rate.

Group rates apply at 10 or more rooms per night. The platform publishes 15-40% off rack rates as its benchmark. Check the city list at the directory before you set the destination, and run the numbers through the group rate calculator. How it works sets out the five steps.

The Fair's Own Numbers

NADA lists over 130 participating galleries and art spaces for this edition, drawn from 63 cities and 27 countries. Forty-five exhibitors show for the first time. Sixty-six NADA Gallery Members return. The organisation has run since 2002 and counts more than 500 galleries, art professionals, institutions and publications in its network.

A portion of ticket proceeds funds the ninth annual NADA Acquisition Gift for PAMM. Perez Art Museum Miami curators buy works from the fair for the museum's permanent collection with that money.

Booking Order

Set the hosting slots first. Buy the passes for the days those slots fall on. Send the room request next, because the block holds the date range while the pass carries a change option.

Confirm two items with the fair before the team travels. The shuttle timetable, which NADA plans to publish. The entry-slot booking step for each passholder, which the QR code flow requires.
