ORS 2027 Runs Five Days and the Floor Runs Three

The Orthopaedic Research Society holds its 2027 Annual Meeting at Moscone West in San Francisco from 19 to 23 February 2027. The exhibit floor keeps a shorter clock. Exhibitors are present 20 to 22 February, per the organiser's own exhibit page.

Move-in is Friday, 19 February from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. The hall opens Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and Sunday and Monday at 10:00 a.m. Move-out is Monday, 22 February from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. ORS prints each close as TBD and labels the whole exhibit schedule tentative, so every window is a published plan.

The same page puts the floor audience at approximately 2,300 orthopaedic researchers across career levels and disciplines.

Friday Move-In Buys the Saturday Opening

The Friday afternoon window lets a crew travel on the Friday, set the booth, and stand on a finished stand when the hall opens on Saturday morning. It also sets the first room night.

Staff all three exhibit days and the stay runs four nights: 19, 20, 21 and 22 February, checking out Tuesday, 23 February. A crew that packs down after the 8:00 p.m. Monday teardown and flies that night works to an 8:00 p.m. finish.

What the Booth Fee Covers

ORS publishes the badge allowance with each booth size. A Premier 10-by-10 is $4,900 and a Standard 10-by-10 is $4,500, each with one full-access badge and one exhibit-only badge. A Premier 10-by-20 is $8,000 and a Standard 10-by-20 is $7,500, each with one full-access badge and two exhibit-only badges. A Premier Pod of four booths is $15,000 and a Standard Pod is $13,800, each with two full-access badges and three exhibit-only badges. A University Tabletop is $2,500 with one exhibit-only badge.

The Extra-Badge Ladder, Priced per Person

Badges past the allowance are sold at published rates. One full-access badge is $1,520. One exhibit badge is $375, two are $725 and three are $1,050. Every badge is non-transferable.

Take a Standard 10-by-10 at $4,500 with four people on the stand. The booth ships two badges, so the third and fourth people add two exhibit badges at $725. The credential line lands at $725 on top of the booth.

Non-Transferable Badges Make Headcount a Deadline

A badge that cannot be transferred holds a name that cannot be swapped. A replacement after purchase is a new badge at the published price. Set the roster before the purchase, and name the Monday teardown crew in the same pass as the Saturday opening crew, because both names have to exist at purchase.

Reserve and Pay by 30 November for 20 Percent Off

Booths reserved and paid in full by 30 November 2026 carry a 20 percent discount. On the $4,500 Standard 10-by-10 that is $900, and on the $8,000 Premier 10-by-20 it is $1,600. Booth space is assigned on receipt of the application and full payment.

Three Exhibit Days With Unpublished Closes

ORS publishes a start time for every exhibit day and prints each close as TBD. Saturday opens at 9:30 a.m. and Sunday and Monday at 10:00 a.m. A rota that fixes an end time is not built on a published figure, so hold the back of each day loose and confirm the closes with the ORS exhibit desk as the meeting approaches.

Mary Roti is the events specialist named on the exhibitor page, and booth cancellations reach her in writing. The companies on this floor are laboratory equipment suppliers, software and hardware firms, medical equipment manufacturers, testing vendors, laboratories, publishers and research organisations.

What Arrives With the Booth

Each 10-by-10 booth is set with 8-foot-high blue back drape, 3-foot-high black side dividers and a 7-inch by 44-inch one-line identification sign. That sign stays hanging for the whole meeting. ORS cleans every booth before the hall opens, and the exhibitor maintains it from that point.

Two Evening Receptions and No Published Room Block

ORS runs two evening poster and exhibit receptions across the meeting. The 2027 pages carry no host hotel, no room block, no nightly rate and no booking cut-off, and a sweep of the exhibit page returns no hotel item.

Put the Room Ask In With the Booth Dates

The room request that works for this meeting names the Moscone West district, the four nights and the crew size. bookMyTeam sends one request to 50 or more hotels and returns responses in 24 to 72 hours at $0 markup, and its San Francisco directory lists 562 hotels on a 15 October 2026 read. Most hotels quote group rates from 10 rooms per night, and some discount from five rooms depending on season and availability.

Start with the team booking route and compare the offers side by side. The badge count is fixed at purchase, and the room list can move after that.
