Hall C for three days
Westside Academy runs the PDX Invitational in Hall C at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, Oregon 97232. The meet runs from Friday 22 January to Sunday 24 January 2027. The venue record opens the booking at 6:00 AM on the Friday and closes it at the end of the Sunday, and it marks the meet Registration Required.
The organiser publishes no session clock. A club that needs its warm-up slot in writing asks the meet director, Denise Nontavarnit, at dnontavarnit@westsideacademy.com or 503.639.5388.
The entry the club pays
Level 3 through Level 10 entries cost $160 each. All-boys entries cost $150. A team entry costs $35, and the organiser counts a team as three gymnasts or more at one level. Final payment falls due on 1 November 2026. The academy takes cash, check or an electronic funds transfer, and no credit or debit card.
The garage carries three separate days
The underground garage holds 800 spaces on two levels. P1 takes its entry from NE Lloyd Blvd and clears 7 feet. P2 takes its entry from NE First Avenue and clears 9 feet. Standard parking costs $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privilege. Event days carry a dynamic $15 to $25 charged at the gate. The garage opens at 6:00 AM.
Three competition days mean three separate entries. A coach van pays $45 across the weekend at the standard rate, and $75 at the top of the event band. A second vehicle doubles both figures.
No camper, no overnight
Overnight parking is prohibited. The garage refuses RVs, campers and trucks with trailers. A club that planned to sleep beside the venue books beds.
Ten accessible spaces sit on P1 and eleven on P2. Availability runs first come, first served.
Bikes park free on both levels
Bicycle parking costs nothing in every area of the garage. Racks stand on both levels and outside every main entrance, with 32 spaces on P1 and 14 on P2.
MAX stops 300 times a day at the front door. The Streetcar A Loop reaches NE MLK and Hoyt every 15 minutes, and bus line 6 stops at NE MLK and Holladay. Portland International Airport sits eight miles out. The building holds 566 metered spaces within three blocks.
Saturday carries three halls
The January 2027 venue calendar puts the Portland Wedding Show 2027 in Hall D and the World Oddities Expo in Hall E on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24. Hall A stays empty that weekend. Three halls open on the Saturday load the garage and the drop-off zones, so a club with a fixed warm-up time arrives early or rides transit.
Sunday is the drive home
The meet closes on the Sunday. Friday and Saturday nights cover the weekend, and the club leaves after the last session on Sunday afternoon.
The organiser publishes no host hotel, no block and no rate. /rfp/submit sends one team-block request to Portland properties, and /group-rate-calculator returns a rate band before the request goes out. The Portland directory lists the properties by district.
Entry money falls due on 1 November 2026, and the meet runs in late January. A club sends its block request now and confirms the room count after the 15 December level change deadline.
