PlantCon Dallas runs October 24 and 25, 2026 in Exhibit Hall C at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. The organiser sells a pass for companies that want the floor without a booth. The Industry Pass costs $495 plus tax and puts the holder inside at 8 a.m., two hours before the public gate.

What the Industry Pass carries

The pass page prints its sales terms. A holder may promote a business without renting a booth. Wholesale and online sales are permitted. Direct-to-consumer sales on site are not. Every VIP perk comes with the pass.

PlantCon states the penalty in plain terms. An Industry Pass holder found selling to attendees on site is removed without a refund. A second rule covers the aisle. A holder may not solicit a customer while that customer shops or talks with an exhibitor.

Both rules shape the schedule. A booked conversation at another company's booth fits them. A cold pitch to a shopper does not.

Three hundred exhibitors, two days

The pass page cites over 300 local and international exhibitors. The floor is a 200-booth plant market with sellers from around the globe, plus seminars, workshops and brand exhibitions.

The walk fits two days. The conversations need a roster. Three people across two days carry 50 conversations each per day. Set the roster before anyone buys a ticket.

The ladder for colleagues who do not sell

The VIP Pass costs $249 plus tax and enters at 8 a.m. on both days. It carries a $25 workshop credit, complimentary plant locker access where other guests pay $10 per square foot, and reserved front rows at presentations on a first-come basis. VIP workshop sign-up opens three weeks before the event, two weeks ahead of the 2-Day pass.

The Early Entry Pass costs $84 plus tax and enters at 9 a.m., with access to the 21+ opening reception. The GA 2-Day Pass costs $49 plus tax, enters at 10 a.m., allows re-entry and includes a convention T-shirt while supplies last. PlantCon lifts GA to $55 plus tax on the event weekend.

Three or more tickets take $5 off each one. A team of four saves $20 against single purchases.

The Sunday pass covers one day

The Sunday Discount Day pass costs $39 plus tax and rises to $45 plus tax on the event weekend. It admits one person on October 25 only, carries no re-entry and excludes the T-shirt. First responders, seniors, teachers and military take a further 40% off in person, at $23.50 plus tax from the box office. That rate applies on Sunday at the box office.

A team that works the show on Saturday cannot use this tier. Buy GA 2-Day for anyone covering both days.

Arrival and parking

The convention center garage sits at Memorial Drive and South Griffin Street. It holds 1,200 vehicles over two levels and charges $20 per day, per entry, with no in-and-out. Lot C at 502 South Lamar Street holds 170 vehicles at $17 per day. ACE Parking manages both, and both run first-come, first-served.

One car of four pays $20 for the day. Two cars pay $40. A midday run back to the hotel pays the rate a second time on the same car. Dallas Area Rapid Transit serves the building, so a downtown hotel removes the parking line from the budget.

The official block is closed

PlantCon points attendees to a Passkey block at the Aloft Dallas Downtown, 1033 Young Street, dated October 19 to 29, 2026. The block page states that reservations are closed and directs callers to the hotel at 214-761-0000.

Treat the block as a phone call. Ask for the PlantCon rate, the release date on any remaining rooms and a written confirmation with a cancellation term.

Two days on the floor

Programming starts at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday. The last sessions start at 4 p.m. Saturday and 4:30 p.m. Sunday, inside a public gate that runs to 6 p.m. both days.

The 8 a.m. entry buys the two hours before that gate. Give Saturday morning to exhibitor meetings while the aisles stay clear. Saturday afternoon takes the workshop track. Sunday morning repeats the pattern for follow-ups, and Sunday afternoon closes the loose conversations before the floor empties.

Workshops carry their own tickets. The VIP and Industry tiers hold a $25 credit against them, and the VIP sign-up window opens three weeks out. Book the sessions before the flights.

What goes in the request

Send the headcount by tier, the arrival date, the garage count and the room nights to /rfp/submit in one request. Name the Aloft as the first choice and ask for two alternates inside walking distance.

Buy the Industry Passes first. The pass count sets the roster, and the roster sets the room count.
