Four show days and one charity evening
The Oregon International Auto Show runs 18 to 21 February 2027 in Halls A, A1, B, C, D and E at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. The organiser publishes the daily gate. Thursday opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. Friday runs noon to 10 p.m. Saturday runs 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Entry and the box office close one hour before each close.
The Thursday Sneak Peek Charity Event runs 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on a separate ticket. The organiser publishes no 2027 price for it.
A dealer team that works Thursday gets six door hours on the floor and a 3 p.m. last entry.
Three sign-up desks in three parts of the building
The show publishes three outdoor ride-and-drive desks. BMW signs drivers up in the MLK Lobby. Ford signs them up on the Convention Center Plaza. The multi-brand EV desk sits in Pre-Function D near the Ginkoberry entrance.
The desks keep separate clocks. BMW runs Friday noon to 5:30 p.m., then Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Ford runs Thursday and Friday noon to 5:30 p.m., then Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The EV desk runs Thursday and Friday noon to 5:30 p.m., then Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
BMW prints no Thursday desk. A team that staffs only Thursday sends BMW prospects to Friday or the weekend.
The Thursday ride clock starts at noon. The gate opens at 10 a.m., so a Thursday team drives from noon to the 4 p.m. close, four hours. Saturday gives seven and a half hours, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Indoor rides run past the outdoor desks
Ford and Volkswagen run indoor rides in Exhibit Hall E. Thursday runs noon to 8 p.m., Friday noon to 9 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Thursday the indoor hall runs to 8 p.m. and the outdoor desks close at 5:30 p.m.
What the show charges a dealer
An exhibit space costs $1,000 for 10 by 10 feet, $1,250 for 10 by 15 feet, $1,800 for 10 by 20 feet and $2,500 for 10 by 30 feet. Each space includes an 8-foot back drape, a 3-foot side drape, one 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, a company sign, two exhibitor passes and daily vacuuming.
Electrical connections cost $150 per 5-amp drop. Corner and prime locations appear as options with no published price.
The organiser publishes no price for a third exhibitor pass. A dealer staffing six people on one 10 by 10 space asks the show office for the extra-pass rate.
Move-in runs in three blocks. Freight arrives Monday 15 February from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., setup runs Tuesday 16 February from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and vehicle move-in runs Wednesday 17 February from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Every exhibit needs fire marshal approval by 1 p.m. on the Wednesday. Vehicles leave by 7:30 p.m. on Sunday 21 February.
The on-site show office sits in the Holladay Suites, second floor, NW end, and opens Thursday at 8 a.m. Product specialists work from Meeting Room A-105.
The exhibitor page prints an application deadline of 1 December 2025 and payment by 31 December 2025 on the 2027 exhibit form. Confirm both dates with the show office on 503.233.5044.
Gate prices and the team cost
Admission costs $20 for an adult, $15 for a senior and $10 for a child aged 10 to 15. Children 9 and under enter free. Sunday admission is free for all youth. A Family Four Pack costs $50 for two adults and two children, and four adult tickets cost $72. A ticket covers one day. Re-entry on the same day runs on a hand stamp. The show refunds nothing.
Six staff on Thursday gate tickets cost $120. A dealer that sends six people for the full run buys a ticket for each day.
Rooms and the walk from the door
The show names one hotel: the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center, 375 NE Holladay Street, on 971.222.1234 with a toll-free line at 800.996.0510. It publishes no rate and no cut-off.
Four rooms for two nights at an example rate of $209 a night comes to $1,672. Portland's lodging taxes and tourism fee total 14.5 percent. That adds $242.44, for $1,914.44.
Garage entry at the venue costs $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out, and events charge $15 to $25 at entry. The organiser's FAQ prints a different band, $12 to $20, and calls it dynamic. Four vehicles on two show days cost $120 to $200 at the venue rates and $96 to $160 at the organiser's band.
The venue garage holds 800 spaces. P1 clears 7 feet and P2 clears 9 feet. Overnight parking is prohibited. The garage takes no RVs or trucks with trailers. MAX stops 300 times a day near the front door, and the building sits eight miles from PDX.
A team that stays at the named hotel enters at the Holladay end of the building and crosses to the MLK Lobby for the BMW desk. The Ginkoberry entrance at NE MLK and Hoyt carries bus line 6 and sits beside the EV desk. A team covering three desks in three parts of the building splits its rota by location.
The budget on one page
