The PRI Show runs December 10-12, 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225. The organiser publishes 40,000+ motorsports professionals and 1,000+ exhibitors across three days. An exhibiting firm sends a crew to work its booth, and that crew enters the hall before the doors open.

The exhibitor day starts at 7 a.m. Thursday

Exhibitor hours run 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 10. Friday and Saturday run 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Show hours run 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday.

A crew that works the 7 a.m. window travels in the night before, so the reservation opens Wednesday, December 9. The floor closes at 4:00 p.m. Saturday and move-out runs to midnight. The booking therefore runs four nights with a Sunday, December 13 checkout.

The published PRI rate table

PRI publishes a per-property rate for 35 hotels. Visit Indy Housing holds the block as the show's only official housing partner. Four nights, 12 room-nights for six colleagues in three doubles, costs this much at the published starting rates.

  • $161 Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown, 2 blocks: $1,932.00, or $322.00 per person
  • $168 Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown Convention Center, 2 blocks: $2,016.00, or $336.00 per person
  • $178 Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Downtown, skywalk: $2,136.00, or $356.00 per person
  • $201 Hyatt Regency Indianapolis or The Westin Indianapolis, both skywalk: $2,412.00, or $402.00 per person
  • $217 Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown, skywalk: $2,604.00, or $434.00 per person

Rates are starting room prices. They exclude local sales and occupancy taxes, and they vary by room type and occupancy. Every PRI room carries complimentary wi-fi, and every Indianapolis property on the list is smoke free. A booking made direct with PRI Housing carries no deposit. A group rate calculator prices a different room count before a request goes out.

Skywalks, breakfast and the airport cluster

Eleven of the 35 priced properties connect to the convention center by elevated skywalk, which PRI describes as a one- to two-block distance. The table marks which properties include complimentary breakfast and which hold suite rooms.

An airport cluster sits outside downtown. The Wyndham Airport, the Delta Hotel Airport, the Hyatt Place Airport, the Residence Inn and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Airport run on shuttle route one. The Embassy Suites Plainfield and the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport run on route two.

The shuttle is complimentary and picks up curbside on Maryland Street. Turnarounds run about every 30 minutes at peak. Thursday service runs 6:00-11:00 a.m. and 3:00-8:00 p.m., Friday 7:00-11:00 a.m. and 3:00-7:00 p.m., and Saturday 7:00-11:00 a.m. and 2:00-6:00 p.m. No service runs between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, or 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Saturday. The Thursday 6:00 a.m. start reaches the hall before the 7:00 a.m. exhibitor window.

Move-in, move-out and the shape of the week

Move-in runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Sunday, December 6 through Wednesday, December 9. Machinery Row opens first for targeted appointments only, Green Hall joins on Monday, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Yellow Hall on Tuesday, and all areas on Wednesday. A crew that builds the booth arrives for the Sunday session.

Move-out runs 4:00 p.m. to midnight Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon Monday for outbound carrier pick-up only. Carriers check in by 10:00 a.m.

Deadlines that close the booking window

  • September 4: final payment for booth space.
  • October 16: hotel cancellation deadline to avoid penalty.
  • November 5 to December 4: advance warehouse receiving, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • November 6: certificate of insurance due.
  • November 13: final day for Early Bird pricing on Fern orders, convention-centre electric, gas and water, Smart City internet and Markey's audio-visual.
  • November 13: exhibitor badge registration deadline for badges to be mailed. Domestic badges ship November 20, and international badges are held for pickup on site.
  • December 1: exhibitor liability insurance program application deadline.

Two documents disagree on the rate cut-off. The hotel list says reduced show rates are not guaranteed after November 13, 2026. The show schedule says reservation changes move to the hotel directly after November 14. The exhibitor checklist still carries the 2024 cycle's dates, including a November 15 exhibitor-credentials and insurance deadline and a November 27 electrical deadline. The 2026 exhibitor deadline calendar governs.

The shipping page prints its direct-to-show-site window as December 7 to 10, 2025, a year out against the 2026 move-in dates. The show office answers on 317.262.5904.

Badges and access

Admission runs on the official show badge. Badges are worn at all times, including move-in and move-out, are non-transferable, and may not be ordered for or given to buyers or non-employees. Children under 16 are not admitted unless the minor is a licensed racer with sanctioning-body affiliation. Access control runs around the clock from the start of move-in to the end of move-out.

Attendee badges cost $45 through October 2, $55 from October 3 to December 9, and $65 on site. The show is trade-only, and 2026 registration requires no membership.

Rooms, and what to ask for

Three doubles sit below the 10-room threshold. bookMyTeam publishes most group rates at 10 or more rooms a night, with some properties discounting from as few as five depending on season and availability. A six-person crew falls inside that band, so the booking goes through the request form. The Indianapolis directory lists 273 hotels to compare against the block. No source publishes a shared-floor policy or a per-property room count, so both go into the request.
