Friday night buys the Saturday door
Saturday runs seven hours. The grounds share that day with the Tampa Bay Fall RV Show on the Midway, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show in the Special Events Center, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
A Friday-night arrival puts the van at Gate 1 before 9 a.m. and keeps the crew out of the morning queue.
Sunday adds the Spirit Clash Cheerleading Competition in the Entertainment Hall, 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Checkout and the drive across the lot fit before the 10 a.m. door. A property that holds bags after checkout covers the crew that wants the room until noon.
Two passes, one card
Parking costs $10 online and $12 onsite. The portal product reads Repticon November 2026, valid 7 to 8 November, general parking $10.00. The product carries one-time entry and directs vehicles to the Hwy 301 entrance.
Two show days take two passes for one vehicle, $20 online or $24 at the lot. A scanned pass is spent, so the van parks once each morning.
The event card names MLK Jr Blvd as the way in. Expo Hall sits at the US Hwy 301 entrance, Gate 1, and the parking product names the Hwy 301 entrance. Plan the route on Hwy 301 and confirm the gate on arrival.
What the floor carries
The venue describes the show as reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates and other exotic animals across breeder tables, with educational presentations, live animal displays and sales of animals, supplies and accessories.
A six-person crew splits the work. Two walk the supply tables with a written list, two sit through the presentations, and two cover the hall once to fix the shortlist. The crew meets at Gate 1 at an agreed time. Expo Hall has one published entrance.
The case for one invoice
A six-person trip carries four expense lines: rooms, parking, admission and meals. Split across a personal card, a company card and cash at the lot, the reconciliation takes a week.
One card buys the parking passes online. One card buys admission. The property bills the rooms on one folio at checkout. Finance receives three documents against one trip code.
Admission runs $12 to $15. Children four and under enter free. Six people cost $72 at the floor and $90 at the ceiling.
What three rooms can ask for
A sales office sets its own floor for group rates. Three rooms can fall below that floor, so the request goes to the property as a small block.
Four routes cover the gap: pair with a second team in the same weekend, hold five rooms and release the two spare, take the published rate, or ask for a two-night rate without the group label.
The venue lists seven hotel partners with a distance field: Holiday Inn Express and Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino at 0.2 miles, Wyndham Garden Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino at 1.5, Staybridge Suites Tampa-Brandon at 2.7, Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon at 2.8, Courtyard Tampa Brandon at 4.4, Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon at 5.0 and Hampton Inn and Suites Tampa East at 5.0. No rate, no block and no cut-off is printed for any of the seven.

Florida restricts the platform
bookMyTeam cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Florida residents while its Florida seller of travel registration is pending. The notice is dated 21 October 2026 and names bookmyteam.org with the sister sites.
Route the three rooms to the property sales office. Send the dates, the room type, the two parking passes and the bag question in one message. Ask for the rate and the cancellation term in writing.
The group rate calculator prices a quoted nightly rate against a 10 per cent default, inside the platform band of 15 to 30 per cent.
