Tuesday is a trade day

The 2027 Florida RV SuperShow runs January 12 to 17 at the Florida State Fairgrounds. Tuesday, January 12 is Industry Day. The organiser admits RV industry personnel only and requires credentials and ID at the door.

Public days run Wednesday January 13 to Sunday January 17. Wednesday through Saturday the gates run 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday runs 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The five public days hold 43 hours of floor time.

Camping at $60 a night, booked by 5 January

The Fairgrounds sells RV SuperShow vendor camping to working vendors at $60.00 per night. The reservation form takes one to 20 nights and asks for the plug: 30 amp or 50 amp.

Reservations close January 5, 2027. The camping office processes them Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern, and payment is due in full when the reservation is made. The office answers on 813-740-4642.

The form requires a company name with a booth number. That field ties the booking to the exhibitor list, so enter the assigned booth.

Sleeping tents, charcoal grilling and open-flame fires are prohibited in the camping areas. No lot is guaranteed and lots are assigned as campers arrive. A refund comes on a written cancellation received at least two weeks before check-in.

Propane sits on the same form: a 20 lb tank exchange at $26.00 and a new 20 lb tank at $101.00.

If the crew is not exhibiting

Patron overnight parking is a separate product, and the page states that it is not vendor camping. The 2027 rate covers five nights, Tuesday January 12 through Saturday January 16, and every guest leaves the property by 4:30 p.m. on Sunday January 17.

Dry parking with no hookups is $425.00. A 30-amp site is $575.00 and a 50-amp site is $750.00. Power runs from 3 p.m. Tuesday to noon Sunday, with no water or sewer connection.

Each reservation carries two wristbands valid for the five public show days. Move-in runs by time slot on Tuesday: dry parking 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., 30-amp noon to 3:00 p.m., 50-amp 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A crew that works Industry Day books the slot that matches the day. A honey wagon visit costs $40.00 a tank, two tanks maximum, booked for Thursday or Friday and paid in advance. The general lot takes no overnight parking.

Entry and parking at the gate

The organiser sells adult admission at the entrance gate for $15.00, valid two days, with children under 16 free. Pre-sale opens in mid December. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday carry a $2.00 senior discount, and first responders and military take $2.00 off every day. One discount applies at a time.

The Fairgrounds handles parking: $12 per car on the day, $10 online in advance, $20 per RV. The online pre-sale reads coming soon. Cash and credit cards are accepted, and the Fairgrounds answers parking questions on 813-621-7821.

Rentals at Gates 1 to 4

An electric scooter costs $80 and a wheelchair $30, at Gates 1, 2, 3 and 4. HomeTown Mobility takes reservations at htmia.com or on 1-712-938-2029, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, with 24 hours of notice. A phone booking carries a $10 processing fee. Every rental needs a driver's licence or a state ID, and a cancellation 48 hours ahead returns the money less $5 per unit.

Hotels: no block published

The show page carries the word hotels above a line reading more information to come. The Fairgrounds lists seven hotel partners with a distance and no rate: Holiday Inn Express and Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino at 0.2 miles, Wyndham Garden Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino at 1.5, Staybridge Suites Tampa East-Brandon at 2.7, Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon at 2.8, Courtyard Tampa Brandon at 4.4, Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon at 5 and Hampton Inn and Suites at 5.0.

Two cards carry copy that disagrees with their own distance field. The Wyndham Garden description reads one mile against 1.5, and the Hilton Garden Inn description reads less than two miles against 2.8. Hold the distance field and confirm with the property.

BookMyTeam is not registered as a Florida Seller of Travel. Under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes, the platform cannot process a hotel booking request for travel to Florida, and every hotelhuddle domain redirects a Florida reader to the compliance notice. Route the crew through each property's sales office and ask for the rate, the cut-off date and the minimum stay in writing.

The organiser reports 2026 attendance of 70,635 across the run. Send a seller-of-travel question to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
