Coffee Festival 2026: A $31.65 Team Outing in Two Drop-In Slots

A $31.65 team outing with two days to choose from

The 10th annual San Francisco Coffee Festival runs Saturday November 7 and Sunday November 8, 2026 at Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture, in the Festival Pavilion at 2 Marina Blvd. Eventbrite publishes the festival's ticket range from $31.65 to $109.24, so one session at the lowest published price is $31.65 per person.

Coffee tastings from the vendors are included in the ticket. Food is sold separately. The Eats page names Third Culture Bakery, Le Waf, Avotoasty, Lilikoi Boba Cafe, Cochinita and Cousins Maine Lobster among the vendors on site.

Two slots that suit a group

The Coffee Convos programme runs at the same two times on both days. Noon to 12:30 and 2:30 to 3:15 repeat on Saturday and Sunday, and those are the slots to drop a team into.

Saturday's noon session is "Funk, fizz, and fermentation", a taste-along walk across fermentation with Chris Kornman of Royal Coffee. Saturday's 2:30 session is a fireside chat with Ritual Coffee founder Eileen Rinaldi on two decades in the business. Sunday's noon session is a panel of the Bay Area's newest cafe owners, moderated by Lea Sabado of Excelsior Coffee. Sunday's 2:30 session covers coffee in cocktails with Mr Black ambassador Erin Schaeferle.

How each day is built

Early Admission opens at 9:00 AM and runs to 10:00 AM. Session 1 general admission runs 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, then a service break, then Session 2 general admission from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. All service stops fifteen minutes before the end of each session, so the last pour is 12:45 PM or 4:15 PM. An Early Admission ticket includes the general admission session and adds an hour at the front.

A limited number of All Day passes cover both sessions and let holders stay inside during the service break. The organiser states that the vendors are the same on each day, and that the panel topics and the entertainment change.

What the team will taste and hear

The roasters page lists 41 named roaster and coffee companies, among them Coba Coffee, Proyecto Diaz Coffee, Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters, Tico Coffee Roasters, Equator Coffees, 1951 Coffee Company and the UC Davis Coffee Center. The exhibitors page lists 34 named exhibitors covering tea, chocolate, syrups, ceramics and non-coffee drinks.

Live music runs by session. Saturday brings Jermaine in Session 1 and Mae Powell in Session 2. Sunday brings Tom Quell and Liv Belda in Session 1, then Top Chefs and Kelsey Kindall in Session 2. Jarold Cadion paints two portraits live during the festival.

Kit list and the published terms

Tell people to bring their own mug. The organiser permits reusable cups. Children under 13 need no ticket and must be accompanied by an adult. Federal law prohibits animals inside the building, and qualified service animals are excepted. The organiser bars unauthorised solicitation or promotion on the festival grounds.

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, with tickets@crafthospitality.com for help. The offer is final sale and nonrefundable. Session-time transfers sit at the organiser's discretion and are never permitted inside 48 hours of the event start. The festival is the official kickoff to the 10th annual SF Coffee Week.

Getting the team to Fort Mason

The main campus entrance is off Marina Blvd at Buchanan Street. MUNI lines 28, 30, 30X, 43 and 49 serve the campus, and Golden Gate Transit stops at Lombard and Fillmore Streets. Event-day parking runs from $6 for up to an hour to $30 beyond four hours, charged from 7:00 AM to midnight, and overnight parking is not permitted. Three cars parked beyond four hours come to $90. The lot fills, so send the group in fewer vehicles or on the 28 and the 30.

The room side

The organiser publishes no hotel partner for 2026. The About page says it is still looking for one and will update the information there, so there is no block, no named property and no nightly rate to book against today. Send the weekend request through the bookMyTeam RFP form and name the Marina district or the Fisherman's Wharf edge so the walk to 2 Marina Blvd stays short.

bookMyTeam lists 562 hotels in San Francisco, publishes group rates at 15-40% below rack rates, sends a request to 50 or more hotels and reports responses within 24-72 hours. The platform charges no markup on the rate. Most hotels quote a group rate at ten or more rooms per night, and the platform's own wording allows some hotels to discount from five rooms. A ten-person team pairing into five rooms sits inside that five-room allowance.

Price the weekend against figures you source yourself. Ten people at the lowest published ticket price is $316.50 for one session each, and the same ten on All Day passes at the top of the published range is $1,092.40. Add three cars parked beyond four hours and the day comes to $406.50. The ticket figures are Eventbrite's, the parking figures are Fort Mason's, and the room rate stays your own input until a property quotes one. The group rate calculator applies the discount you enter across the hotels you are weighing.

Two dates to hold

Saturday November 7 and Sunday November 8 are the festival days, with doors at 9:00 AM for Early Admission. Pick the day before you book rooms, because a one-day group and a two-day group need different blocks.
