Four nights in Tampa for the Sisel dealer convention

The Sisel 20th Anniversary Corporate Convention runs at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St, from Thursday 21 to Saturday 23 January 2027. The city's event record marks the status as Scheduled and the attendance mode as in person. Sisel International describes the week as brand updates, educational sessions and networking for dealers and partners, closing with an awards gala and dinner.

A dealer team travelling in from out of state needs the Wednesday night on the books. The convention opens on a Thursday that two other events already occupy.

Four nights, or three

The convention closes at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday 23 January, per the listing's own window. A dealer who attends the gala flies home on Sunday, so the block carries Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

A team that leaves after the Friday sessions holds three nights: Wednesday 20, Thursday 21 and Friday 22 January. The room count decides the block, and the Saturday night is the one most often added after the contract is signed.

Sisel's US page sitemap carries 12 addresses and none of them covers the convention. The city record publishes no session grid, no hall assignment and no registration fee. The gala start time, the registration desk hours and the Saturday close sit with the organiser.

Thursday is the crowded day in the building

Build Expo Tampa occupies the convention centre on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 January. Sisel opens on the Thursday. PVA's annual convention at MariTrends runs 21 to 24 January, per the association's own site. Thursday 21 January carries two events in one building, and the third opens the same day.

The construction show runs its floor 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Thursday and starts classes at 9:30 a.m. A dealer team arriving that morning walks into a building that is already staffed and already loading.

That overlap sets the order of work. Wednesday night rooms and Thursday morning parking go first.

The garage at 141 E Brorein Street

The convention centre garage holds 454 spaces, 11 ADA spaces and two electric vehicle chargers. The event rate runs $5 to $50. Maximum height is 6 feet 6 inches. The city publishes no long-term parking at this garage.

The city's rate table prices the garage outside event hours at $3 for the first hour and $3 for each hour after, with an $18 daily maximum. The Parking Division may charge a flat rate at its discretion.

The garage suits a Thursday drop-off. A vehicle that stays through two show days moves to a garage that permits overnight parking.

Where the car goes overnight

Front Drive at 333 S Franklin St holds 36 metered spaces at $4 an hour, open 8:00 a.m. to midnight, with no overnight parking. It takes a drop at the door and nothing more.

Pam Iorio Garage at 301 Channelside Drive holds 790 spaces and 41 ADA spaces, and permits visitor hourly parking overnight up to 6:00 a.m. Fort Brooke Garage at 107 N Franklin Street holds 556 hourly spaces, clears 6 feet 8 inches, and carries the same overnight rule with the same $5 to $50 event rate.

Fort Brooke's Franklin Street entrance faces the convention centre garage across the street. A team that parks there walks in through Franklin Street.

Walking distance from the room

The convention centre publishes the distances. Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center, 513 S Florida Ave, connects by sky bridge. Tampa Marriott Water Street, 700 S Florida Ave, sits 0.2 miles out, and JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, 505 Water Street, holds the same 0.2 miles. The Westin Tampa Waterside, 725 S Harbour Island Blvd, sits at 0.3 miles. The Tampa EDITION, 500 Channelside Drive, and Hilton Tampa Downtown, 211 N Tampa Street, sit at 0.5 miles.

The two 0.2-mile houses and the sky bridge property hold the walking group for a morning registration.

What the block should ask for

bookMyTeam publishes its group band at 15-40 per cent below rack rates and states that most houses quote group rates at 10 or more rooms a night, with some discounting from five rooms depending on season and availability. A dealer team of 12 clears the ten-room floor at three nights.

For scale: 12 rooms for three nights is 36 room-nights. At $210 a night the room line comes to $7,560 before tax. The $210 is a planning input, because no rate for this convention is published. The group rate calculator runs that comparison across properties.

Ask each responding hotel for the Wednesday rate apart from the Thursday and Friday rates. A convention that shares its opening Thursday with two other events can price that night at a different level from the weekend.

Florida sits outside the platform's reach

bookMyTeam cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa or Washington. The seller of travel page states the position. Florida's reason is registration under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes. A dealer team takes the terms from this piece and books with each property directly.

Fix the arrival at Wednesday 20 January and set the departure by the gala: Sunday 24 January for the full week, Saturday 23 January for a team that leaves after the Friday sessions.
