Friday night and a full Saturday
The Tampa Greek Festival runs Friday, November 6, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The site is St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 2418 W. Swann Ave., Tampa 33609. The parish has run the festival for more than 40 years.
That window fits a team that lands Friday morning. Friday gives six hours of programme from the 4 p.m. gate. Saturday gives eleven hours and the full tour, dance and choir slate.

Tours, dancers and the choir
Church tours run on both days. The tour walks through the original Orthodox church. The St. John Choir sings hymns written in the first centuries after Christ.
Three dance groups perform in traditional costume: Parea, Panigyri and Y Hara Mas. The steps come from the mainland and the islands.
The posted schedule is headed 2025 and prints 2025 dates. Friday's block opens with Parea at 6:30 p.m., a church tour at 7 p.m. and Panigyri traditional at 7:30 p.m., and closes with Panigyri techno at 8:30 p.m. Saturday runs from Parea at 12:30 p.m. to Panigyri techno at 8:30 p.m., with church tours at 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. The 3:30 p.m. tour pairs with a choral presentation by St. John Choir. A dance lesson follows the 7:30 p.m. Parea set. Treat those clock times as last year's pattern and ask the parish for the 2026 sheet.
Six lots and one rideshare lane
The parking map names six areas. Guest parking enters from S. Moody Ave, behind the second building on the right. A second guest lot sits at WealthTrust at Raymond James, 706 S. Moody Ave. A third sits at FL Urology Partners, 601 S. Armenia Ave. A fourth sits at Children's Nest Day School, 2601 W. De Leon St. Takeout parking enters from S. Moody Ave, behind the corner building. Disabled and elderly parking sits at Regions Bank, 2405 W. Swann Ave.
Rideshare drops at the rear lot of the church. The route runs W. Swann Ave to S. Moody Ave, south on Moody, then right into the lot after the first large building on the corner. Give that route to every driver in the group.
The site publishes no parking rate. Ask the parish before you build a parking line item.
The FAQ puts disabled parking on site for marked plates. It describes the grounds as wheelchair accessible with heavy crowds. Service dogs are admitted on a leash and stay outside the buildings.
Rooms, and the Florida restriction on the close
A Friday evening plus a full Saturday means one hotel night. bookMyTeam cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Florida residents. The notice at bookmyteam.org/seller-of-travel lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington, cites Chapter 559, Florida Statutes, and states that bookMyTeam is not currently registered as a Florida Seller of Travel.
Route the room to a property's group sales office. Ask for the rate, the cut-off date and the minimum stay in writing, and name the dates: November 6 and 7, 2026.

The two-day number
Twenty people on the combo platter, salad and water order come to $820 across the weekend, with one main meal each. One soda each at $4 moves the food line to $900. Gate admission is $0. The homepage states that a portion of proceeds goes to charities.
