A $750 booth holds three people

Villain Arts sells every booth at the Tampa Tattoo Arts Festival at $750. Each booth measures 10 feet by 10 feet, and two artists tattoo in it at the same time. The festival runs 20 to 22 November 2026 at 333 S Franklin Street.

The purchase includes three badges, described by the organiser as generally for two artists and one assistant. The booth cost per crew member is $250.

The same purchase covers two tables, four chairs, electricity, a trash bin and liner, access to the artist area for copies and Thermofax, consent and aftercare forms, a sharps container, distilled water and banner hooks.

Badges, and the Friday rule

A fourth body on the stand buys a badge at check-in, in cash. The organiser states one timing rule for the alternative: tickets bought through its kiosks or online cannot be redeemed until 2:00pm on the Friday. A crew that buys a fourth ticket online before travelling holds no floor access on Friday morning.

Load-in and the three nights

Load-in and check-in run Thursday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. The floor opens Friday at 2:00pm and closes at 11:00pm. Saturday runs 11:00am to 11:00pm. Sunday runs 11:00am to 8:00pm. The three days total 30 hours.

A Thursday 19 November check-in covers load-in, all three show days and a Sunday departure. Three people over three nights is nine room-nights.

The two hotels and the walk

The show page names two properties. The Westin Tampa Waterside sits at 725 S Harbour Island Boulevard, and the venue lists it 0.3 miles from the hall. Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown sits at 325 N Florida Avenue, listed at 0.5 miles.

OpenStreetMap foot routing measures 579.9 metres from the Westin to 333 S Franklin Street, which is 0.36 miles at about 8 minutes. The same routing measures 843.9 metres from the Hyatt Place, which is 0.52 miles at about 11 minutes.

The only published November rate at either property

Neither hotel publishes a rate for the tattoo weekend. The Hyatt Place does carry a published November figure from another show: The Fertilizer Show holds its headquarters block there at $209 a night plus applicable taxes under code G-DFE1, with a 2 November 2026 cut-off. That block covers the nights of 18 and 19 November.

Nine room-nights at $209 is $1,881. Booth plus rooms is $2,631 before tax, meals and travel. Treat the figure as the property's rate level for the month and confirm the tattoo-weekend price with the hotel.

Cancellation and the two clocks

Booth cancellation needs an email to the organiser at least 30 days before the event. Thirty days before 20 November is 21 October 2026. Ticket refunds follow a separate rule: a refund applies to tickets cancelled at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Parking at the venue

The organiser page prints the Convention Center garage at $2 for the first hour, $3 for each hour after and a $15 daily maximum, with flat event rates possible during special events. The venue's own table prints an event rate of $5.00 to $50.00 and a non-event rate of $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum. The event row applies on a show day.

The group request

bookMyTeam publishes its own figures: 50 or more hotels approached per destination, 15 to 40 percent off rack rates, no fee, and 103,857 hotels across 46 states. Nine room-nights is the quantity for a three-night request, and the Thursday load-in fixes the arrival.

Four numbers to request

Ask each property for the tattoo-weekend rate, the price of an extra badge, the amperage behind the included electricity and the overnight vehicle rate. The organiser publishes none of the four.

The show minimum of $100 per tattoo is published. That figure sits outside the booth fee and decides an artist's break-even.
