TDX 2027 Returns on Two Weekdays
TDX returns to San Francisco on 10 and 11 March 2027, with Salesforce+ carrying the broadcast. Salesforce lists the conference in its events index under "San Francisco and Salesforce+", and the save-the-date page carries the line "TDX will be back in San Francisco and on Salesforce+ from March 10–11, 2027." 10 March is a Wednesday and 11 March a Thursday.
Registration Opens Later in 2026
The save-the-date page publishes one sign-up and no price. "The countdown is on — registration goes live later this year." The offer attached to the list is "an exclusive low price, speaker announcements, and a sneak peek at the deep technical sessions and hands-on workshops planned."
No venue, pass price, hotel list, room rate or booking cut-off for 2027 appears on the page. The last complete published cycle is TDX 2026, which ran 15-16 April at Moscone West in downtown San Francisco, with a three-day TDX Bootcamp from 12-14 April at Salesforce's downtown San Francisco offices. The group programme on the TDX FAQ is written against that cycle. Read each figure below as the last published terms, then confirm the 2027 equivalents when registration opens.
One Purchase Order for the Passes
The group programme sells passes on one order and sets the floor at five. "Group registration is available for purchases of five or more TDX 2026 Full Conference passes. You can purchase directly via the TDX website." The Full Conference pass carried one 2026 price, $799. Five seats come to $3,995 on a single order, and ten seats to $7,990.
Late additions stay in the same order. "Once an initial order with a minimum order of five passes has been purchased... The group representative can log in to the Group Registration Portal to purchase additional passes." Those sell "at the current discounted group pass rate at the time of purchase."
The Order Sequence
"Click Group Registration on the event's Register page. You'll be prompted to choose how many Full Conference passes you'd like to purchase and select your payment method — credit card, check, or wire transfer."
Payment options on a group order: "Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or debit cards with a major credit card logo, wire transfers, and checks." A check or a wire adds one condition. "If paying by check or wire transfer, you'll be able to invite your group members only after the payment has cleared."
Two terms attach to the order. "Group registration through the TDX 2026 Group Registration Program are nonrefundable and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion." And "Refunds are not available at any time on any passes included in a group registration purchase."
Invitations, Then Separate Registrations
Payment clears, then invitations go out. "Each person will need to complete their own registration and book their own hotel." The Group Registration dashboard sends and tracks invitations, reassigns unused passes and downloads usage reports. The representative can rescind an invitation, and reversing a completed registration runs through tdx@salesforce.com with the registrant copied.
Six Travellers Mean Six Reservations
The room side carries no block. "All attendees must register and book their own hotel reservations", and "Hotel booking is not available until individual registration is completed." Six travellers produce six bookings, six credit-card guarantees and six cancellation decisions.
The 2026 official hotel list holds 15 properties. Four sit 0.1 miles from the venue: InterContinental San Francisco, San Francisco Marriott Marquis, The St. Regis San Francisco and W San Francisco. The furthest pair, Fairmont Hotel San Francisco and Hyatt Regency San Francisco, sit at 0.9 miles. Cancellation windows run by property on the same list: eight hotels at 24 hours, two at 48 and five at 72.
Every booking carries a one-night deposit as a guarantee. Miss your arrival date and "the hotel will cancel your entire reservation", with a penalty of one night's room and tax. The list sets the 2026 rate deadline at 23 March 2026, or until sold out, with deposits charged from 24 March.
Four Numbers for the Budget Line
Pass spend: seats times the group rate. Room spend: rooms times nights times a nightly rate sourced from the properties, plus a one-night deposit per booking. Cancellation exposure: the full pass spend on a group order, and one night's room and tax on a late room cancellation or a missed arrival.
bookMyTeam's San Francisco directory lists 562 hotels available, inside a platform estate of 103,857 hotels across 46 states. The published band is 15-40% below rack rates. Most hotels offer group rates for 10+ rooms per night, and some discount from five rooms depending on season and availability. The group rate calculator defaults to a conservative 10% and puts the platform's usual result at 15-30% off standard rates. On a labelled example of six rooms for two nights at $300, the room line reads $3,600, or $3,060 at 15%, $2,520 at 30% and $2,160 at 40%.
Dates to Hold
Registration opens later in 2026, and the sign-up list is the published route to that date and to the hotel details. The conference opens Wednesday 10 March 2027. In the 2026 cycle the individual refund window closed Friday 13 March, substitutions ran free to 27 March, and the hotel rate deadline fell on 23 March.
What to Put in the Request
Give each property the block dates and ask for the group rate, the deposit and cancellation terms per booking, the distance to the venue, and whether one master account can carry the team's room charges. The TDX Help Desk takes registration questions at tdx@salesforce.com, on +1-866-855-3818 in the U.S. and Canada, and on +1-650-416-8832 internationally.
Submit the room side as one request through bookMyTeam's RFP form and compare the returned offers against the published band on /how-it-works.
